The
Twin Soul's Development:
Maturity vs Age
Channeled from Zeb
by
Melvyn
Caryl
As
part of “The Twin Soul Series” we will now expound on “The
Soul's Development” which some call Soul Age. To do
this we must also discuss the universal force or energy field that forms
and holds both the physical and spiritual dimensions together. That
force is Universal or Divine love, the tangible force that
manifests its power in light and sound. This force can be used in
a variety of ways from healing to creating new realities--which includes
souls and the worlds of our universes. Behind this force is the
consciousness of God in which we all share.
Again, we repeat our purpose is not to convince or convert, but to share
our truth as we know it. If our truth conflicts with your truth,
then take what you can and leave the rest.
Zeb (Z:>) In the beginning--which there never was--there was a purpose
for everything. If we are to discuss Soul Age or Maturity then we must
first decide when a soul is born. Makes sense, doesn't it? But does the
soul have a beginning?
Mel (M:>) “Why sure!” I hear shouted from every corner, but hasn't
it been said that God is Soul?
Z:> Yes.
M:>
If
the soul has a beginning, then God had a beginning and we now challenge every
belief about God.
Z:>
God is without beginning or end, and so are you.
M:> So the soul is not born and has no beginning?
Z:> We didn't say that.
M:> Then it must have a beginning and an end.
Z:> We
didn't say that either.
M:> Well,
what do you say?
Z:>
Peace and Love! Before we get into
the beginning or ending of things, let us first discuss briefly some of
the myths concerning how all souls were created. More will be said about
the hierarchy of souls (and God) in a future article. For now it will
suffice to say that not all souls were created in the same tremendous Big
Bang and neither was your universe.
Z:> Some, who don't believe in the Twin Soul concept think that in
the beginning all soul matter (God) was all that was and there was
nothing else--nothing to compare or contrast with, nothing to
experience. Therefore, God created through the force of universal love, the contrast of dualities: the here and there, big and small, and
the greatest of all dualities, male and female.
Close, but not accurate enough. It’s a nice theory, but that is all it
is, a theory. For once the mass of the All Thing, which is God,
dissipated in the Big Bang there was no longer one central All
Thing or Big God. God was now All Things.
There is still a central God or
Big God, and we are their
families and offspring. Although comparing God to man has often gotten
you in trouble when it comes to understanding God, there is one analogy
that works. Your earthly parents are not diminished or dispersed by the
number of children they have, nor by going out from that family do the
children cease to be children of those parents even though they
are now adults.
Nor were all those children created at the same time. A woman does not
give birth to a litter. Can you imagine any woman giving birth to a
dozen children in one Big Bang?
Now expand the analogy to giving birth to a thousand generations or more
and all their children's children in one Big Bang. Not only would
you have too many souls for the available physical bodies, but you would
have instant over-population as your world is close to approaching.
The Soul is and always has been. It grows, multiplies in clusters, as
the cells in your body are grouped together in organs. New cells (souls)
are regenerated when needed and used to create new bodies (children).
All souls combine in clusters. The Big God (the All Soul) is a cluster
of all generations and clusters (families) of souls.
You too are not one individual soul but a cluster of
"you's." The
one individual incarnated self who is reading this is only part
of Who You Are. Yet, you have your own individual consciousness and
personality--you are a whole, not a part. This is another
paradox.
Each individual is part of a greater whole, as each cell of
the body within
him or her is part of clusters (organs) which are part of the greater
whole of your body. In this, you are a mirror image of both the divine
spiritual and the divine physical for
God created both. As such, you are a miniature replica of God, the
spiritual, and all your universes, God the physical.
Each person is a masculine/feminine duality, and so is God. You are
composed of air, minerals, liquid, and fire and are held together both
physically and spiritually by Universal Love as are all things
that are God. We are a divine example of what was said in
The
Emerald Tablet perhaps some 6,000 years ago.
“Truly, without deceit, certain, and most veritable: That which is
Below corresponds to that which is Above, and that which is Above
corresponds to that which is below…”
The Emerald
Tablet, which we expand on in another
article, is one of the oldest spiritual texts known to man. Basically it
affirms what we now know as a scientific fact that the human body is a
microcosm of the universe with the same atomic, chemical and molecular
structure.
Z:> "That which is Below" (you) "corresponds to that
which is Above" (the physical universe) and "That which is
Above" (The Big God, Zeb & Zarna and your Soul Group)
"corresponds with that which is Below" (you). The duality and
comparisons are endless, and it has taken 6,000 years for some to
discover this. There are many who still don't believe The Emerald
Tablet or the Twin Soul concept was held as truth by the early
Christians. I will direct your attention to --Reference #1--
at the end of this article that illustrates that some of the
1st Century Christians believed in the duality of the soul.
The human body constantly regenerates itself by creating new cells, and
the universes constantly regenerate by creating new stars, planets and
even galaxies. The soul regenerates itself by merging Twin Souls and
giving birth to new souls. God regenerates itself by merging with older
Soul Groups and giving birth to new Soul Groups. Each Soul Group is
headed by an Oversoul which is a duality of masculine and feminine
entities, and each of these entities are Creator Gods. As
Creator Gods, Zarna and I are a smaller "image" of God, the Big God,
the All Thing, and our composite contains many like Melvyn Caryl which are simply smaller “images” of
Zeb and Zarna, and the All Thing.
There are harmonics in the physical world that you can see and hear with
the eyes and ears, and those in the spiritual world you can see and hear
with the inner eyes and ears. The sounds are the "voices of the
Angels" to the ancients. To us it is Divine Universal Love,
The Field or Force that goes with you.
This established, we can now discuss the soul's
Age versus Maturity. Let us begin by saying that speaking of the soul and age in the same
breath is an oxymoron. The Soul is eternal--always has been, always will
be, even those born new are created out of the matter that has always
been---no different from your new stars, planets and galaxies that are
created from matter--dust--of space.
Souls don't age, they
evolve or mature. The soul evolves from Universal
Love and then applies that love in the practice of experience.
Immature, new souls haven't developed to express Unconditional Love
to others. Like babies they can only take, and as babies they are
self-centered and demanding. The entire focus is on I, Me, Mine
or I Want.
The
“I” of personal pride and the “beating of
one's drum,” marks the focus of a new immature soul until it has
grown through experience. The “me” is centered on
personal accomplishments to exclusion of all others. And the “mine”
holds possessiveness of all things and people. To them
there is little difference. They are all personal possessions. From this
base or beginning, all souls progress or expand, learning to relate to
others instead of just themselves.
Much has been
written on the soul's development or soul age and Twin Souls. With the
exception of one excellent book referenced at the end of this article
under Reference #2, most over intellectualize and
miss the Twin Soul reunification as the purpose behind development or
advancement. Once you let it be known that there is a level called Elderly
Soul, and a beginners level such as Beginning Soul or Childhood
Soul, which one do you think everyone will claim to be?
M:> That's simple. We will have toddlers running around all over the
place brandishing their AARP cards trying to pass themselves off as old folks when they
are still in their diapers.
Z:> Exactly. What others have missed when writing on the subject is
that the soul’s development has little to do with age and
everything to do with maturity.
M:> Aren't the two one-in-the-same?
Z:> Hardly. Many of you have known a forty or fifty-year-old man who
still lives at home with mamma and who has never been married. Is he
"mature?" Not normally. Age has nothing to do with
maturity. Maturity has to do with spiritual and emotional development.
M:> Then
the primary objective of every soul while still within his or her
physical reincarnation cycles is to develop into maturity? How is that
done?
Z:> In a
variety of ways. We will address the framework of understanding here and
follow with a more detailed article later. The overall objective of each
incarnated soul is to reach his or her bi-gender balance---the Bi-G
Balance---so that the Universal Law of Attraction---like
attracts like---can draw Twin Souls together and thus end the long
series of physical reincarnations. This merging of Twin Souls ends the
loneliness of separation that has driven each Twin Soul half in search
of its Soul Mate from the inception of their physical incarnation cycle.
This separation marks the origin of loneliness and love’s desire. When
Twin Souls reunite and ascend to the next higher level (the Mental
Plane) they do so as one combined Androgynous soul.
This does
not
end the soul's growth or identity. The longer you are around Zarna and
I, the more you will realize that while "merged" most of the
time, Zarna retains her full identity and personality, she has
freedom to come and go, and her feminine sensuality is as it always has
been. The closest you can come to this "merging" within the
physical is during sexual coupling. There is the same divine pleasure,
yet spiritual merging lasts much longer and doesn't use energy. Merging
gives off or radiates energy of the highest level or vibration.
This said, the purpose of every feminine incarnated soul, consciously or
unconsciously, is to become more like her masculine counterpart. The
purpose of every masculine incarnated soul, consciously or
unconsciously, is to become more like his missing feminine counterpart.
M:> I can hear the harrumphs and guffaws from almost every male
reader as he thumps his hairy chest. “Not me! I'm all
male,'' as if insensitive, egocentric, possessive, dominating,
unfeeling and lack of creativity in either a physical or spiritual sense
is something to be proud of.
Z:> Do you now see why it takes many, many
lifetimes to meet
your Twin Soul? You can't do this on your own. You have to do it
together, and most of the time while in the physical you don't even know
who your Twin Soul is, or if they are incarnated at the same time as you
are. It's not like you can take him or her aside and say, "Look!
I'm tired of this Merry-Go-Round. I wanna get off. After a hundred
spins, I'm tired and dizzy! Let's work this thing out, and here's what
you gotta do to get your act together."
It doesn't work that way. You do it separately, experiencing what life
has to offer in the "School of Hard Knocks" until you
both are ready. Now, that doesn't mean that the one who has reached
the Bi-G Balance has to keep coming back time and time again
until his or her partner catches up. One can, but often doesn't. They
can take up other activities, such as being a Spirit Guide to
their incarnated twin to help him or her along in their development. But
as any Spirit Guide will tell you, this is no easy process. The
guided often doesn’t listen to the little voice inside their heads or
respond to their dreams. The Spirit Guide has no other way of
influencing you. It's not as if your Spirit Guide twin is going
to pick up a cast iron skillet and smack you upside the head just to get
your attention--although I'm sure at times they would like to for
some of the dumb things incarnated beings do.
Slowly both halves of every Twin Soul pair move from their initial
primitive self-centered Hetero-g orientation to their original Bi-G
Balance of masculine and feminine aspects.
Ah!
Now there is a challenge for your intellectuals. We have a scale that
goes from one extreme to another, with Bi-G in the middle--not
the far end.
M:> Hey, now I hear someone
saying, “This is beginning to look familiar. Seems like I've seen this
in Psychology class.”
Z:>
They would be right. Your kind has done some
"intellectualizing" on your own and has used a very similar
scale. But let’s look at the diagram you made that shows how the
soul’s development connects with gender balance.
Soul
Development Illustration:
Infant
- - - >>> >

<<<<
- - - Extreme
Soul Maturity
through Gender Balance illustration:
Hetero-g >>>>>
Bi-G
<<<<<< Homo-g
Z:> The intellectual’s scale [similar to above, but not shown]
represents a form of masculine/feminine balance of sexual preference, and it still applies. The only drawback with their scale is that it
focuses only on one's sexual orientation and not empathy for the
opposite gender or spiritual growth. With that scale you have
heterosexual, (Hetero-gs) bisexuals, (The Bi-G
Balance) and homosexual, (Homo-gs) which
we haven't introduced yet.
M:> Whoa! Not so many will be
willing to jump out there now and claim, “I'm bi, in a Bi-G way!”
I can see the toddler pulling up his diaper, grabbing his building
blocks, and running for the house as fast as his little bowlegs will
carry him, leaving his AARP card in the trashcan.
Z:> Yet, this changes nothing. Remember
from our first article--Twin Soul: A Misunderstood Reality
we explained that you do create your own personal reality within the
parameters of the Ultimate Reality, which establishes Twin Souls.
The Universal Law of Attraction will not bring you your twin
until the male becomes more sensitive, caring, loving, and empathetic of
others---not just females, but other males as well. He must do this
while retaining his strength of will, responsibility, and courage to
face the challenges that society places upon a man. A female must
retain her gifts of emotion---loving, caring, empathy, intuition,
nurturing etc., and at the same time develop her masculine side in order
to gain the strength of will and self-reliance to bring her natural
creative abilities into fruition. One does not have to practice
bisexuality to reach the Bi-G Balance, but it often
happens---for a man or woman must become bi-minded.
Once a person
experiences new pleasures, they can slip from the Bi-G Balance to
the other extreme, Homo-g---gay or lesbian. Now, have I
successfully shocked everyone? Maybe not, for it makes sense for those
who like to categorize levels. They may now see the problem of
establishing stringent degrees of advancement. The practice of
homosexuality is neither bad nor good. For some, it is part of the
maturation process. It is no better or worse in its extreme than the practice
of the immature Hetro-g at the other end of the scale. Either extreme
will require further incarnations to balance. There is no condemnation
of same-sex relationships for such can occur as simply a preference with
perfectly bi-gender balanced males and females.
M:> This makes me think of possible reasons why a person might choose
a homosexual life style. If like attacks like, as you have said, then
two persons of the same incarnated gender might be drawn together for a
less intense relationship. Of course, this would depend on the culture
they live in, but I can see where a relationship with the opposite
gender might be exhausting for a young maturing soul.
Z:> Exactly. I’m glad you brought this up. In no way am I
suggesting any judgment of your choices of gender expression. Physical
life is your experience. Many have appropriate reasons for choosing a
homosexual lifestyle choice. Many in less open cultures choose a
monastic lifestyle for the same reasons where their own kind and their
own approximate maturity level surround them. It can become, as you
said, a rest life in the sense that they are not required to interface
in an intimate way with the opposite sex. This in some ways allows them
to focus on other important issues of character development. Each
individual charts his or her own life.
M:> But I can see where some concerned with marking progress may ask,
what indicates development? Can we consciously affect it?
Z:> No, You can't. Not entirely. You are either a sensitive male or
an independent self-reliant female or you aren't. You can
"fake it until you make it" with your earthly partner, but you
can't fool Mother Nature nor speed up the processes of the Universal
Law of Attraction. You will get in a relationship a mirroring of who
and what you are.
The changes must come from within at the deep inner soul-level, not from
without through conscious or external control. If this reality were to
be consciously affected through your beliefs, then all who are aware
would be at the Bi-G Balance and along comes your Twin Soul.
M:> What's so bad about that?
Z:>
Awareness does bring about some change, but life without
the experience of gaining that awareness accomplishes nothing. To some
extent same-sex encounters will give you some experience, but not
enough. Let's say a masculine soul wishes to experience womanhood and
motherhood by being incarnated as woman. It does happen occasionally in
reverse with a feminine soul who wishes to experience being a man.
Those who have read "The Seth Books" will now understand why
Seth calls Jane Roberts, his channeler, Ruburt. Just as the male
soul may choose to incarnate as a woman in one lifetime or more, so may
the feminine soul incarnate as a man to experience fatherhood and having
the responsibility of wife and children and the conflicting demands
society places on being a man.
M:>
Are these examples of Homo-gs? A woman born into a man's body, or
a man born into a woman's body?
Z:> No, that is a myth. When a masculine soul incarnates as a woman,
she is a woman in every sense of the word---capable of giving
birth with all the natural "plumbing" and emotional framework
that goes along with it. Generally she has no conscious
recollection of her primary soul gender. She is not necessarily a
male-oriented female. That would defeat the purpose of the feminine
experience.
When a feminine soul incarnates as a man,
he is a man in every sense of the word--mentally and physically able to father children with
all the expectations and gender roles placed upon him by culture. The
point which should not be missed here, is that cross-gender incarnations
are for the sole purpose of gaining the experience of the
opposite gender.
One cannot
experience the opposite gender unless they are wearing
the body of the other, nor can they know what it feels like
emotionally without the total mindset, which cannot be mimicked. We are
talking about something that comes from the total experience that is
incorporated by the soul, not just the physical.
M:>
What would cause a person to continue to the point of the extreme as
shown on the Soul Development illustration? Say from Bi-G Balance
to Homo-g?
Z:>
The desire to experience more of the same-sex union to the total
exclusion of the opposite sex. Sexual desire is the strongest
most pleasurable experience within the human psyche, because all of it is of God. The pleasure is Divine. Yet that pleasure and the
driving desire can draw one backwards or forwards into a balance or
imbalance. This is corrected only by more incarnations.
M:>
Then the Homo-g cannot meet his or her Twin Soul?
Z:>
No more so than the Hetero-g can. They can however draw
one of their Companion Souls for a Soul Mate. In
future incarnations as they progress toward the Bi-G Balance they
can meet Near Twins and finally their Twin Soul.
M:>
Why would one want to pass the Bi-G Balance and miss the coming
of their Twin Soul? It just doesn't make sense.
Z:> No, it
doesn't make sense, but you have to remember none of this occurs on the
conscious awareness level--unless you are spiritually aware.
M:> So, there is more to the Soul's Development than just gender
balancing and sexual persuasion?"
Z:> Yes!
Much, much more. To achieve Soul Maturity one must
learn that they are a Sovereign Entity subject to no one---not
God, a husband or wife who tries to exert their commandments or will
over your own freewill. You must study spiritual texts old and new and
free yourselves from the bonds that conventional religious dogma places
upon you and shackles your mind. This is perhaps much harder to do than
jumping into bed with one of your same sex. This means questioning your
beliefs and values which have often been accepted as truth without
question. Study is work, and it’s as frustrating as
house cleaning---for that is exactly what you are doing,
cleaning your house of all the dust and debris that others have
put there often with good intent.
M:> I am beginning to see why it takes so long to meet your Twin.
Z:> You should also be seeing the necessity for your mission and
other’s missions. It is everyone’s mission to let their light so
shine in the world that there be no dark corners. Yet, many will hear,
but few will listen—until they are ready. It has often been said:
“When the student is ready, a teacher will appear.” That is Melvyn
Caryl’s role in life now. “The Twins Who Are Incarnated.”
That is why we brought you together. It is the mission you both accepted
before time began. Yet your time is limited.
M:> I’m
aware of that, but it seems to me it would be a whole lot easier to
remove the veil of forgetfulness that descends and blocks out our memory
and experience every time we incarnate.
Z:> Sure it would be easier, but where would the experience be
gained? Let’s put it into a sexual context, since you identify with
that more easily. Others have said: The fun of sexual experience is in
getting there, not in the orgasm or climax. For most of you when that
happens it is over.
Life is no different. The reason you put yourself through this time and
time again is for the experience of doing it. As God, you could
return to the absolute where there is nothing to experience---no
contrast. Being God, you are too smart for that. The joy of living is in
the experience. You are the one who determines whether it
will be a good or bad experience.
Until next
time,
Peace & love,

A
reference, regarding Twin Souls, the Emerald Tablet and the
Christian Religion should be mentioned here, because so many of us come
from that background. Some may believe that Christianity never taught
such as you have read here because it isn't in The Holy Bible. It
doesn't dawn on most that maybe it was removed for a purpose.
I
call your attention to the Gnostic Gospels (the Nag Hammadi) to The
Gospel of Thomas
Verse 22-24 which was part of the Christian belief in the 1st Century
before it was purged by the Church in the 4th Century.
22.
Jesus saw some babies nursing. He said to his disciples, "Those
nursing babies are like those who enter the (Father's) kingdom. They
said to him, "Then shall we enter the (Father's) kingdom as babies?
[M:>
Note.} Jesus said to them: "When you
make two into one, and when you make the inner like the outer and the
outer like the inner, and the upper like the lower, and when you make
male and female into a single one, so that the male will not be male,
nor the female be female, when you make eyes in the place of an eye, a
hand in place of a hand, a foot in place of a foot, an image in place of
an image, then you will enter [the kingdom].
M:>
I believe the next deals with channelers who are incarnated Twin Souls.
23.
Jesus said, "I shall choose you, one from a thousand and two from
ten thousand, and they will stand as a single one.
24
His disciples said, "Show us the place where you are, for we want
to seek it." He said to them, "Anyone here with two ears had
better listen! There is light within a person of light, and it shines on
the whole world. If it does not show, it is dark."
