The Voice of Zeb and Zarna Twin Soul Series A
Comprehensive Guide Updated 3-23-08 We have been receiving information from Zeb & Zarna for almost six years now, but we still fall short of fully understanding some of the most basic element of Twin Souls -- The Soul. Recently, Zarna told us: "You are about to embark on your first "duty" of expressing Divine Sexuality by presenting for the first time ever, A Comprehensive Guide to the Soul." (44:18)
While
the underlined portion is my emphasis, the title is hers. As in
all things for Zeb & Zarna, we will do our best by way of
explanation and will give matching quotes found within the ZZ
Messages.
What is the Soul? And how is it part of "Divine Sexuality?" Divine Sexuality is the expression of the masculine/ feminine aspects in perfect union. In this context Zarna was referring to the perfect balance of the masculine feminine aspects and suggesting we, Melvyn Caryl, use our individual strengths in the creation of this article. So what’s the big deal about describing the soul? Zeb says: “Tell me, who in your past has even remotely described ‘The Soul?’ Not your Christian Bible. It doesn’t even make an attempt. It just declares it. Others have attempted but have failed. As you are discovering, it is no easy concept for even you are not fully aware that the soul is not ‘Here’ or ‘There,’ It is everywhere.” (39:28) Here is another challenge: the soul is so integrated with God, it is tempting to say the soul is God. But is it? Every time I have tried to pin down the slippery definition of what the soul is, something shows me that I still don’t have the full picture. The Soul and God are often presented in extreme opposites: The One Soul, versus The Many Soul; The Perfect Soul, versus The Developing Soul; The Equal Soul, versus The Levels of Soul; So What gives? With Zeb’s help, we hope to unveil some of the mystery. If we allow the Soul to be "All Things," the soul unfolds like the petals of a rosebud. For example: One truth that is widely accepted is that We are God. Zeb gives us a clue when he expands on this by saying: “It is through the Soul that you are God." (42:71) But those of us who accept we are God, intuitively know that we are not all that God is. We are a part of God, to which Zeb says:
"Seek
to know your own soul, but realize you will only know it in part
-- that part which has connected
with
and created you through
many life experiences." (
"Seek to know your own soul..." can be seen as an encouragement to not only know yourself, but
to discover your past life experiences (*See note about
past lives at bottom of this article.) and learn how they relate
to Who You Are today. "But
realize you will only know in part."
What part? Alright, let's run though this line again. “...that part which has connected with and created you through many life experiences.” How can we connect and create our Composite Soul through many life experiences? The answer is there is more to Who You Are than just the incarnated soul you are aware of in this your present life. Your Composite Soul--the whole of who you are—meaning all the separate personalities from your past lives—will determine if the Composite needs another round of physical incarnations to reach the level of Soul Development it has set for itself as its goal. If another life experience is called for, your Composite Soul creates another "you" in a different body with a different name to experience another play on the stage of life--one that is planned and all the players have been chosen and rehearsed their respective roles. That part of you that has been connected to all the incarnational "you’s" from your soul’s beginning, is your Composite. "The
all of what you call your soul is multitudinous and multidimensional--yet
it is not the all of you. Brother, Sister, you are but a part of
us and one of many who are you..."
( We are not only a part of our own Soul but also part of God and all others of our Composite Soul who are simultaneous incarnations of our soul, on this planet and other planets, in this dimension and other dimensions. Our Soul, like God, is both ‘Here' and 'There' and "Everywhere."
In
answer to one of Caryl’s letters to Zeb, he said: “You are
not the 'Composite Soul' of you, but you are the physical
manifestation of the feminine aspect of that 'Composite Soul.'”
(36:15) Although this was said to Caryl, it equally applies to every female. Your Composite Soul--the whole you--is not just feminine. You share your Composite Soul with all your masculine and feminine aspects of your Twin Soul. All of your past life personalities as well as his are part of your Composite Soul. Getting rather crowded, huh? These numbers are simply for illustration, but let’s say you’ve had 200 incarnations. Chances are your Twin Soul has also had 200 incarnations, so in this case there are at least 400 of you that comprise your Composite. Remember, your Twin Soul is you, a separate and independent identity, but the same soul in the opposite gender aspect. Importance of the Twin Soul Concept: Actually, the Twin Soul concept is nothing new; the idea has been around for thousands of years. But Zeb and Zarna’s structure of the soul, and the explanation of the importance of understanding the Twin Soul connection, is new. Their teaching of the soul structure dispels any belief in a God separate from his/her creation. We can not imagine why one would choose to believe in an anthropomorphic god who is selfish, judgmental, without mercy who would declare, “Depart ye who work iniquity, I never knew you…” or “You shall have no other Gods than Me.” We will discuss in another article how mankind on our planet came to believe in such a God. But the God that we and Zeb and Zarna are a part of is a God of love whose dwelling place is within all of us. Search the physical universe and you will not find the Otherside or God. For God is within your heart. God comes from the inside out, not the outside in. The Body Does Not Possess the Soul: We
are physical and spiritual dualities, yet the body does not possess the soul. What? I hear you say. Haven’t we for the last few pages been going on and on about having a soul? Zeb:>
"...it is the soul ...
that possesses or inhabits the body. The body does not possess
the soul, nor a fraction or fragment of the soul. You have had
hundreds of bodies, but only one soul…
Each aspect of your past lives is a stage of development
in growth ... of that one Composite Soul expressed as an
individual personality." (44:19) There are many illustrations that describe aspects of the Soul—the Yin Yang symbol is but one. In the ZZ Messages, Zeb & Zarna often use cluster, group, or family, and we will continue to use those terms to describe the hierarchy of the soul.
What
the Soul is Not
To
further our understanding of the soul and its development, it
is necessary to burst a few bubbles regarding popular myths of the
soul and false beliefs. No discussion of What
is the Soul would
be complete without a brief discussion of What the Soul is
not.
The
Soul is not the Spirit
This
is perhaps the most subtle definition of what the Soul is not
because of the way the term "Spiritual"
is commonly used. For example, in 50:39 we are told: "The Second Coming is not a return of your Spiritual
parents..." (ie.,
God), and in another example speaking about the people of
Atlantis: 49:4 "...and
among them are spiritual leaders who are as spiritually evolved as
you are..."
The
point is, Spirit and the Soul share
a close union as does, the Soul
and God, but they are
not the same.
ZZ
50:35 “...the Spirit is feminine .." Not
masculine and it is a projection of your soul and body.
ZZ 42:77
“Spirit
is the projected image of who you are--your soul--it is not
necessarily "love."
The Spirit can express love,
it
can be love, but it isn't love.
...You can express love be love, but you
aren't love. Your physical body and its spiritual image are mirror
reflections of your soul and its embodiment.”
The Soul, Spirit and God Are NOT Evil
There
are no Evil Spirits,
Fallen Angels, Devils, or Demons.
Nor is there a “Dark Side of the Soul.”
The simple fact is that man
has always made a God of evil. There is no counterpart of evil
on the Otherside. Evil's counterpart is the God within you
on This Side.
Of
all the False Beliefs passed down
through the ages by religions and mythology this one has to be the
most insidious. Many have forgotten that the realm or dimension of
physicality--this dimension--was created solely to experience the
relativity of one thing to another.
It
is only on This Side of relativity
you have Big versus Small;
Here versus There;
Good
versus Evil; the Light
versus Dark, and the greatest
duality of all: Man and Woman.
These dualities are created by us in this physical dimension so that
we might experience.
It
is man who has deified aspects of his own personality and called
it "God," given God human
characteristics: The Hand of
God, God's Eyes, and
God's Word. Man has also created a Dark Side of the Soul and
called it the Devil raising
it to the same powerful level as that of God, where it can war
with the God of Light for control over souls. Zeb
Says:
ZZ
21:15. The shadow entities are lower
vibrational energies that have no soul. They have only the life
[that] you and others gave them, and that life is eternal. But
they are not "Competing Gods," nor "Fallen
Angels," they are less than even the smallest soul that
shines forth [with] the light of truth and love.
The
Soul is Perfect
Many
believe the soul is perfect
or complete and that all are equal
in the sight of God. While it is true that God loves all
his/her children at all
their levels of development, the statement above taken literally
is a gross oversimplification and can lead to misunderstandings.
It is
true that all souls are equal in potential.
But all souls in one way or another must develop to their maximum capability
through experience. Experience is the reason for incarnation into physical life. You could say it is
the soul
purpose, of physical life. There are
other slower ways of development that some choose who do not wish
to experience the rigors of physical life. As you already know,
"this ain't no bed of roses," unless you make it so.
It
is true that all souls are complete
prior to their first physical incarnation, but just as physical
children are born with the potential
to grow to maturity, new souls at the time of soul-birth have potential but lack
development. At the time of the soul's individuation, there is
an equal balance of masculine and feminine aspects--the Yin &
Yang. But if the soul chooses physical incarnation, the One Soul
splits and becomes Twin Souls, and thus even before physical birth the twins experience
their first feelings of loneliness
and separation. The Soul now feels
separated from God and its missing Twin, and begins the long
search through many lifetimes for their "missing half." Parts of you return Home from physicality and are rejoined following each life experience, but you are never completely "whole" until you reach the goals or plans you and your twin set for yourself when both you and your twin reach completion--your full balanced state. (See
Twin Souls: A
Misunderstood Reality
and
Twin Soul’s: Development vs. Maturity for further
information on Bi-Gender Balance.)
It
is through this process of experienced incarnational development
that the Composite Soul and the
All
Soul grows. Yet this Soul Age or Soul Maturity has nothing
to do with one's physical age. This is how a child can be an Old
Soul, and an elderly person can be an Infant
Soul. Although
The Cycles of The Soul: Reincarnation and Ascension will be covered in another article, it is worth noting here that
the Soul never transmigrates to a lower species, contrary to what some religions
teach. Your grandmother will not
reincarnate as a cow nor will you. Nor will a mature soul
reincarnate as an immature soul. With
this background we are now ready to embrace the concept of…
The
Levels of the Soul
As mentioned earlier, souls form in clusters or groups like families, and these clusters are arranged in levels. Why? This is a sequence or order in which the Soul is created—not as in the "Big Bang" theory where all souls that will ever be were created in an instant to wait for their opportunity to incarnate. Souls are created in large clusters or "fragments" in a never ending process of division and subdivision, into levels of the experiential selves or incarnational personalities. The soul journeys out in the incarnational process that continues in never ending cycles which include reunion and expansion to higher and higher levels with greater abilities.
The Cycles of the Soul: Reincarnation and
Ascension.
Let’s
begin our discussion of the Soul Levels with one we’re most familiar with: Ourselves. But be mindful, we are more than just our incarnated self and our
incarnated soul is not the smallest subdivision of the Soul. There
are quite literally "universes" mankind has yet to
discover leading into both extremes of infinity.
l.
Ourselves -- the ‘you’ of your composite
This
is the incarnated self or the individual personality part of your
soul. And while you may think of yourself as "singular,"
you are not. We will use your physical body as an example. Your incarnated soul and body is
"like" a cluster of all
your "soul-organs" comprised of "cells"
and each experience their own cycles of life (reincarnation)
according to a "plan" (like spiritual DNA).
You
have two types of DNA:
masculine
DNA (nuclear DNA) which traces back through your masculine
lineage (father, grandfather, etc.) and
feminine
DNA (mitochondria DNA) which traces back through your feminine
lineage (mother; grandmother, etc). This is evidence of the Divine
Feminine/Masculine within
you, and the reality of the duality of God--Mother and Father God.
2.
Composite Soul:
You
are part of your Composite Soul which is not just all
of your past life identities, but all of your Twin Soul’s past
life identities. The "whole you," your Composite, is
also part of a "family" or cluster--your "Twin Soul
Family Cluster."
3.
Twin Soul Family Cluster:
This
is your immediate or closest soul family of Near
Twins--the brother and sister Composite Souls who are like
siblings and are spiritually closest to you. If there were a dozen
Twin Soul composites in a family, there would be eleven other
males (besides the "male" Twin Soul) that are Near
Twins, and eleven other "females" (besides the
"female" Twin Soul) that are Near
Twins. These souls come closest to matching your energy
vibration, Soul
signature, than any other souls other than your one
Twin Soul. Yet, even this family is part of the larger family the
"Mission Group Cluster."
4.
Mission Group Cluster:
This
next higher level of the soul is the clusters of Twin Soul
Families that share a common purpose or mission
with you in life (spiritual and physical life). These are quite
often your Companion
Souls who you find most in common with, and who often
chart physical relationship ties such as friendship and marriage
during the incarnatial process. You choose to be a part of this mission
even before your soul is created, which indicates that the thought
or essence of your soul
preexists as masculine thought (Causal) before merging with the Divine Feminine which occurs
in the Astral and produced the physical soul body (not the
"physical body")
Since souls are born from and into this group, this group has been
euphemistically referred to by Zeb and Zarna as the Maternity
Ward of the Soul. It is through spirit bodies merging--Divine
Sexuality--from this group that the spark or individuation of all
souls are created. Since this is a constant evolving process of ascension -- one
Twin Soul pair is chosen to become the Oversoul of the Mission
Group. This is mentioned because the Oversoul (example--Zeb &
Zarna) of the larger
Soul Group may be the "Spiritual Parents" (Mother/Father
God) of all the Mission Group Cluster Oversouls of a given Soul
Group, but not all
those within the Soul Group. Think of them as parents to some and
grandparents to others. Yet, they are all One Family.
5.
The Soul Group:
The
Soul Group comprises all the Mission Groups Clusters within one
Soul Group. The
Mission Groups are centered around a Creator God Oversoul, like Zeb
& Zarna. Yet, Zeb and Zarna’s Soul Group is not alone.
It is part of a family of eleven others, each groups headed by an
Oversoul.
We
hear from Zarna at this level and are
given clues as to the relationship with her siblings and her
parents above on higher levels. This was revealed to us in a
rather interesting channeling: ZZ Message #35. In 35:3
we hear from Zarna. In
35:4 and 35:5, we hear her sisters speak. In 35:5 one says “Sister One speaks..." (referring to the speaker in 35:4) and we even hear both sibling rivalry, or the pretense thereof and humor. (God does have a sense of humor). In 35:8 one says referring to me, (Mel): "He's a sport, this one is. I like him." And Zarna responds in the next line: "He's mine, Sisters, back off!"
While
this may be "Godly play" it
does show an interesting
relationship that is not found in the physical.
Within the mysterious process of ascension the soul moves up
from being
a child to the level of parents.
Here
Zarna is trying to explain to Caryl this relationship and that
there are levels above Zeb & Zarna.
She
says in Message 35:15: "In this sense, you are my Sister.
In another sense you are my Daughter, and we are both
Daughters..."
[And here we
believe are the higher levels of God speaking.]
35:16
(From the level that we refer to as NO Names) >"Of me." [Zarna’s Mother] 35:17 (And higher yet)> "And you of me."
In
this channeling, the voices were not specifically identified. Was
it Zarna’s Mother and Grandmother? Quite possibly. This may well
be the same entity who speaks in 35:23 using rather familiar
phrase: "The I AM that I AM."
Could it have been The "All Thing?"
Possibly. I’m sure we will eventually find out. As we
have told you, Zeb and Zarna continue to teach us giving us
information when they feel we are ready.
The
point of all this is to build the understanding that there are at
least two levels above where Zeb & Zarna reside in the Mental
Plane.
6.
The Level That Has No Name:
24:34
Speaker unknown:
“Darling child we speak
from higher than Zeb and Zarna now. We are the ones unknown to you
for now.”
This
is the level of God that spoke in 35:16 which may well be the
level to which Zeb & Zarna will ascend when their role as
Oversoul to their Soul Group is completed. In the presence of Zeb
and Zarna, unnamed entities appear often in our channeled
messages, but they always make
themselves known to us as some level or hierarchy of God. These
are not physical "alien" intelligences, or
"extraterrestrials" who some think are "Gods"
returning. These are the
Gods who never left us.
These are the ones who are part of the "family" of The All Thing.
7.
The All Thing: Or the One "Big God" which we learn from ZZ is really a "family," a Consortium of Seven Gods.
Okay,
we know what you are thinking! “Seven Gods! Man this is really
weird.” Or the other reaction that we hear is: “Wow, I always
knew there was more to God than what we’ve been told.” We hear
them both. As we said before, seven seems to appear and reappear
but we are told that the number of
souls within each cluster varies according to its
purpose or mission.
Conclusion:
So
we are back to the question we posed at the beginning of this
article.
What
is the Soul?
Do
we have the full picture? Hardly. For Zarna, we gave it our best
shot. As Caryl said when approaching this article—“Is it
bigger than a bread box?” I know how she feels. We pale in the
effort to define the Divine Paradox—the ultimate spiritual
reality. God is energy. God is All That Is. God is Soul yet so
much more than Soul, and we are God.
On
an intellectual level we have learned that we are One Soul, yet
many facets of that same energy. We have learned how the
individuation of the soul comes into being, and have begun to
understand its levels and the process by which it develops and
returns Home. As below, so as above, our soul is born of Divine
Passion by loving parents, just as we are born into
physicality of Divine
Passion.
It
has been said, “Knowledge is but a single point but the ignorant
have multiplied it.” Intellectual discourse is only a stepping
stone to understanding. It is when we tap into our Soul, our
Godself, our Composite that we experience and begin to know the spiritual reality of this concept.
The
experience of the soul
comes from the love of God and the activation of the
And
so we circle back to where we began.
We
Come to You in All Things. We are the air you breathe, The Joy you
feel when we join in other dimensions in love’s embrace. We are
the tears you cry, when you know not why. We are Who You Are, for
you are a part of us.
It
is clear from this passage that the key is in shared experience
with our Gods--tears of joy and bonds of sadness that bring us in
touch with our soul and our Source. It is through the feminine
aspect of activated emotion
that we will ‘know’ without words who and what we are.
