As we began to write this article we happened to look at Message 95 which came to us back in November of 2004. We published it on the site some time ago. It was so connected to the words we had already written to share with you this month that we decided to put it right up front.

“Zeb and Zarna always seem to know just what we are going to ask for even before we ask it. They have been "dropping hints" in their private messages to our Quadrant (Caryl and I and our respective spouses) that we are soon to be an "example." Wow! After Zarna's message that follows this challenge has finally sank in. It's hard being a "living example" of anything good and worthy, but try doing so with four separate minds—two of which are Twin Souls and the other two are their Companion Mates. But we will give it our best all in the name of Love.”

It has been a long hot summer, at least here in the US , but even though it is only the beginning of September, it is cooling a little in the region where we live. From those of you who have communicated with us, it appears that it has been a hot summer everywhere. It will not be long before the harvest colors will be splashed across the hills and mountains and we welcome crispness of autumn in the air.

The Fall Equinox is coming in just a few weeks, which will mark the third ZZ Goddess Festival and Earth Healing Meditation and healing. We are looking forward to many of you joining us for this occasion in ZZ chat. So look for the coming announcement of the Schedule that will soon be posted on The Voice.

For us, Melvyn Caryl, this summer has marked the beginning of a new step toward fulfilling some of the desires requested of us by Zeb and Zarna. Over the past few years there has been a gradual drawing together into a “family” group those who feel the spirit of the ZZ Message and who have worked together on ZZ projects as well -- the ZZ Healing Team. These individuals have been more aware of why we, Melvyn Caryl, have been brought together at this time and the difficult but rewarding tasks they have given us.

Many have wondered about how Twins Souls can be united—joined in the physical—and still are married to their respective spouses. This subject has been the topic of several other Twin Soul forums where Melvyn Caryl’s Twin Soul relationship has been brought into question. Our stand concerning Twin Souls and what Zeb and Zarna teach about Twin Souls goes against what so many believe.

We realize that our relationship is difficult to understand for many of you who have taken the words of others concerning the Twin Soul reality as gospel. Zeb and Zarna have given us the responsibility of attempting to dispel these myths in order to set many of you who have bought into this fiction free.

One of the most glaring of these myths is the idea that Twin Soul love is to be shared only between Twin Souls. It is believed by many that Twin Souls who are brought together are to be so focused on each other that all love and feelings for others (such as our spouses) dies or fades away.

This is the very thing that Zeb and Zarna have asked us dispel, while we remain in this life, demonstrating by example the fallacy of this reality. It has taken several years of preparation for us and our “Quadrant” to be at a point where we as a Twin Soul Quadrant could accomplish this task. Some of these obstacles were practical in nature.

We lived 2000 miles apart and visiting was the only option when jobs, retirement and distance had to be worked around and figured out. There was the consideration of each family having been established in different geological locations. There are many such obstacles to overcome when Twins with established families come together in their 60s. This summer Mel joined Caryl and her husband at their home, which is now Mel’s home too. Soon after, Mel’s wife was able to relocate and the two couples are now living together as one family.

Is it easy? No. It would be untrueful to say otherwise, for it takes a level of spiritual maturity for the Twins and all those involved accomplishing this work. As you can imagine we older folks are kind of set in our ways and adjustments are necessary.

The result of Melvyn Caryl now being together has been an outpouring of new channeled information from Zeb and Zarna. We are using a new method for us, voice recognition software in addition to audio tape backup recording. This has enabled us to capture more and transcribe it with less effort. We, Mel and Caryl work in the same office about 6 feet apart and do all our healing work together. We are together as any other Twins who have been joined. The only difference is that we share our love with our spouses who have been with us for many years.

Why? Why would Zeb and Zarna be so intent on us establishing this extended family?

For two reasons:

In the coming years, there will be more older Twin Souls joining each other in this life. Why? Many will be reaching the state of spiritual maturity where joining occurs. Most older spiritually mature Twins have learned how to function within relationships—how to live in harmony with their Companion Mates, however different they may be. It is a typical sign of a spiritually mature person. So what do two spouses do when they have been in a long term, mutually beneficial, marriage when one has achieved spiritual maturity and their Twin Soul is brought to them? Should they trash a marriage 30 to 40 years? Should they ignore the family they have most likely built?

NO! Zeb and Zarna are emphatic about this. To leave a long term harmonious relationship for a Twin Soul is defeating the very purpose of Twin Soul reunion. Twin Soul reunion is all about Love in all respects. The true Twin Soul state is one of inclusion. Not exclusion.

So what we are attempting is something new for our culture and generation. Most of our existing cultures cling to the patriarchal enforced idea of marriage as ownership. Many who follow others teachings on Twin Souls have tried to carry this concept forward and

apply this exclusivity to Twin Souls. The responsibility of our Quadrant is to show that Twin Soul Love is an example of “Godly” or “Divine” Love and it embraces all.

As a small test for those who have read our many articles, here is a question: What is the only reason that ZZ gives for breaking up a long term relationship to be with your Twin Soul?

Give up? The answer that has been given…A spiritually mature person has a right to dissolve a long term established relationship only when that spouse tries to come between a pair of Twin Souls (as if to enforce his or hers “rights of ownership” over that spouse).

“The only occasion when those earlier previous ties with a spouse or mate have to be severed is if they try to reverse or interfere with the Mission of that joining--whatever that mission may be. The Mission , not individuals, becomes all important for reunited Twin Souls for their time is short. When this happens most often it is they who cut themselves off rather than the Twin Souls who cut them off.”

“First of all existing meaningful relationships with others such as a spouse continue (if the spouse so chooses) but nothing comes between Twin Souls and their Mission . Their Power of Love between them is so great it becomes a beacon drawing others to them if theirs is a Mission of Service such as Melvyn Caryl's is.”

Though it is not always easy to merge two families, we are doing it.

I said there were two reasons to unite our families, both can be found in the ZZ Messages, some of which have not been published yet. Let us give you a short preview of a topic we will soon publish titled “Extended Families.”

Zeb and Zarna make it clear that not all biological families are as close as those we adopt. Often times these adoptions are actually close ties of spiritual families. ZZ approves and even encourages alternative family living arrangements that will accommodate the personal needs of every one who chooses to be a part of that family.

This is especially helpful in places where the economy has the elderly priced out of their homes, or where the elderly have no recourse but Assisted Living. They point out to us that our single family home, “The American Dream,” is becoming the “Impossible Dream.” A huge strata of our society, especially the elderly and young single mothers feel alienated. So our Quadrant has been encouraged to be an example to them by showing that with love and it can work.

The exciting news is now that we, Mel and Caryl, can work together daily. We are receiving new information and channeling other spirit entities in our Composite line. Let us tell you about some of the subjects that have come across in the last 17 channeling sessions (all since June.)

On the subject of healing: Mel has been able to connect with Maythr, one of his Composite Selves from thousands of years ago, who is a healer plus several other of our Composite line who are also of the ancient Akanar healers line. They continue to give us healing instruction, which we are passing along to our healing team.
