Hello, this is Caryl of Melvyn Caryl.
Until most recently our contact with the public has been
through our website, zebandzarna.com. This is where the messages
of Zeb and Zarna are shared with the public. This pod cast is the
first in series of channeled sessions prepared by us, Melvyn Caryl
and Zeb and Zarna for audio publication.
Unlike this introduction the channeled sessions are
conversational and completely unscripted. We hope you will enjoy
the playful approach of Zeb and Zarna as they teach us.
Melvyn is in full trance and unaware of questions I am about to
ask. Our first topic will be Love: Spiritual and Physical—Why is
it at the top of the Zeb and Zarna list?
(Beginning of Session)
Zeb: > Good evening, Princess. (Laughter)
Caryl: > Good evening, Zeb.
Zeb: > How are you this evening.
Caryl: > I am doing very well, thank you.
Zeb: > So you want to do something that is called a pod cast?
Caryl: > Yes that’s what they call it, a pod cast. It’s just a
little recording that we put out on the internet, and people can
listen to it and then perhaps after they listen if they have
questions they can present those questions to us through the
website, zebandzarna.com.
Zeb: > And I am supposed to keep it within 20 minutes.
Caryl: > That’s what you are supposed to do. (Laughter)
Zeb: > That’s going to be hard.
Caryl: > I know, you are not known for brevity.
Zeb: > (chuckle) What would you like for the topic….
Caryl: > Well, I went through the topics that you suggested
sometime ago when we first talked about this and it seemed as
though the one that popped out at me that I thought would be a
really good beginning is… Love: Spiritual and Physical—why is this
at the top of the Zeb and Zarna list. Could you speak on this
please?
Zeb: > Certainly, Love is at the top of the list… we don’t
necessarily distinguish between spiritual and physical. Love is an
energy. It is an energy that holds all things together. It is an
energy that is balanced if it is to work properly.
When you speak of spiritual, oftentimes you speak of the inner
you—the God Center you--whatever you wish to call it—the Christ
consciousness… the inner you. That is where we dwell within you.
And you speak of the physical as the outer expression. A lot of
people will often think of physical love as only that which occurs
between a man and a woman, or between a woman and a woman--we
don’t make judgments…or between a man and a man. But that is not
complete.
Love is a feeling that you have from within that comes from
your God center. it comes from your spiritual self, as an
appreciation of the things that occur that are around you in your
environment. Be it a sunset, or be it a moonlit ocean. Your
appreciation of these things is love, art, dance, music, all of
these things… appreciating the field of wildflowers that appear in
the spring or a nest of robins, or a flight of an eagle in mid
air. These things are the natural wonders, the natural beauty, and
it leaves you feeling lifted by the experience.
Does not the feeling of being in love with another individual
also give you a lifting feeling?
Caryl: > Of Course.
Zeb: > It is only when there is an imbalance—where one perhaps
loves more deeply than the other. Or where one loves with an
expectation of the other--a possessiveness of the other. This is
where we coin the phrase—Divine Love or Unconditional Love—love
without condition. Love without bondage. Love without
expectations. Love without possessiveness. Love that is broadcast.
If you wish to find other examples of that kind of love that is
often called Divine Love, think of the sun on that field of
flowers that we spoke of earlier. It settles over all the flowers
of the field. It gives each flower the nurture, the energy that is
necessary to grow and to build itself.
Of course it takes other elements. It takes where they are
grounded. Where their foundation comes from. But that “love
energy,” that radiance of the sun is spread equally to all.
Be a sun when you love others. It’s not something that you
possess. It is something that you give equally to all, freely to
all, in whatever manner in which you choose. That is Divine Love.
That is Divine Sexuality. It is the energy that forms the
cohesiveness of all things physical—between man and woman, between
the inner and outer you. It is the thing that holds a people
together, a nation together.
When there is an imbalance of one verses the other, masculine
verses feminine aspects in a culture, in an individual, then you
have problems and difficulties. As with all things—not with just
humans, you have masculine and feminine aspects. You find this is
your plant kingdom. You find it within the animal kingdom. You
find it within humans.
Masculine and Feminine.
Too often you make a mistake in your world of thinking that
“I’m all man,” or “I’m all woman.” No you are not! You have the
seed of your Twin Soul within you who is of the opposite gender
aspect. It is by that seed that you shall know her or him. It is
by that seed that you achieve balance from within that you will
eventually be drawn together by the powers, the forces of the
universe. The power of the universe… of like attracts like—the law
of relativity.
It goes not only for your plants but for the balance and energy
between all your planets—the different forms of your solar system,
the constellations, the different galaxies. This is the energy,
the balance.
Anytime there is an imbalance, where there is more masculine or
more feminine… when there is more masculine… more focus on the
analytical the logical side, and less focus on the intuition, the
imagination, the appreciation, the passion, you are going to have
problems.
Generally you have this problem anytime where there is an
imbalance between the two. There is really no such thing as a
distinction between physical or spiritual love. It is all Divine
Love. When there is this balance, this mutual appreciation or
attraction, this uplifting of the other as well as yourself then
you have Divine Love.
You have Divine Love when you view that ocean scene with the
moon setting over its horizon. You have Divine Love expressed in
physicality when you see the sunrise or a field of flowers. It is
these things, an eagle in flight, those things that bring the
beauty generally are those that appeal to the feminine side. You
can rationalize it all you wish—use your ego, use your masculine
aspects and you won’t gain the benefit from it.
Caryl: > If I may interrupt just a moment. I few minutes ago in
another channeling you mentioned something that I thought was very
helpful for this understanding. You said something to the effect
that when you look at a sunset and appreciate the beauty of that
sunset, you are doing so without expectation. I feel that this is
such a good example that oftentimes when we are with our mates, or
other individuals, we have these expectations that get in the way
of our Unconditional Love. Could you speak on that?
Zeb: > Certainly… Love is given as well as received without
expectation. You don’t look at a ocean, or the beauty of a sunset,
or a sunrise thinking that it is going to conform to your
standards. It is a fleeting thing. It is a delicate thing that you
accept from within with your feminine passions that is acceptance.
Acceptance is so much a part of love as is the opposite that
[there] is no possessiveness. You have an acceptance of what is
without trying to own that beauty. That moment that is so
fleeting.
As I said in that other channeling. Love always changes over
time. It is still love. You take that sunset, and it will go from
sunset to darkness. But it is never total darkness. There is a
different kind of beauty in moonlight. Oftentimes your earlier
people referred to the moon as the feminine symbol. Stars have
their own beauty they bring that which is out there closer to you.
That inner appreciation is the feminine aspect of love.
The masculine aspect can appreciate love if it turns off that
which is so controlling, so analytical. It’s easier for the
masculine aspect to accept that “God is out there somewhere
watching you” than it is to accept that God is within you—inside.
All the things that have ever been created for you and around
you and including you come from within—not the universe. That
which is within creates all things….
Caryl: > This seems to be the one thing difficult for many to
grasp, that God is not somewhere out there. That it is within us
and it is only when we turn within that we begin to touch that.
Zeb: > All things have opposites. We talk of the masculine and
feminine genders as opposites. We could use, without the
connotations of good and bad, the positive and negative aspect of
energy. The sine waves that natural energy goes through. All
electricity is generated by positive and negative flow. These
things are within all things that are created. So oftentimes man
is able to see that which is physical, that which is out there,
and he marvels at God’s creation. But he thinks he is looking at
the creator. You can look for universes and find nothing but God’s
creation. To find God you have to go within you.
It is like another saying, looking for happiness, and all the
time, all the while, it is in your own backyard. If you search for
God, search all you want, you will never find him or her, “out
there,” you will find him and her within you at the center of your
soul where you are all joined together with others.
It is that way with all things. It is easier to see the
physical and discount or disbelieve those things that are the
unseen. People have difficulty even accepting the things that they
know that are there but they can’t see them. Radio waves.
Television waves. Microwaves. Talking on the internet. How do
these things work?
They don’t care, they accept it. Accept that God is within you
and that balance of inner and outer is very important. The balance
between the physical self…how you conduct yourself within your
realm and among others is very important to bring that balance
from within out.
Too many times my children have a tendency of reading what
others say and taking that within—that is the wrong direction!
Don’t take what others have said, be it a religion, be it your
local guru, be it a new age self-help book. Go within and find it
and bring it out and apply it.
Eveny thing that ever was can be found within you.
Caryl: > Well, that is wonderful, Zeb. And you are almost at
your twenty minute limit. (laughter)
Zeb: > There are ways that we can be tapered. Pretty soon you
may have to put a bell…
Caryl: > Thank you Zeb we appreciate your insight and we will
come back again… Those who are listening if you have questions you
can present them to us through email from our website at
zebandzarna.com.
Zeb: > With love always, Zeb and Zarna.
