The
winter holiday season is a special time for honoring each other
and our children--a time to reflect and plan, and to bring hope
and love to a world that needs our healing. For this reason we give
this special
Holiday
message entitled, Yule Love.
The purpose of "The Voice" is to bring you spiritual
messages from Zeb and Zarna, including information that clarifies
Their words once uttered by earlier Speakers and
misinterpreted by religions for the control of the masses.
This time of the year where many give lip-service to peace and
brotherhood. The essence of this celebration is thwarted by religious fanatics who
hold their beliefs and place their God above others.
Never
before has this been more evident than it is now.
We literally have brother fighting against brother ;
a war still rages in
Iraq
;
our Mother Earth is sick. Our peoples lust for power and greed. Negative
Mass Consciousness pervades our planet and adds to climatic upheavals.
The
reality that we witness is the antithesis of the intention of this
season; a season that has a history that goes farther back than a
mere two thousand years. December 25th has been known as the day Jesus, the Son of God
was born
of the virgin Mary; Attis the
Son of God born of the virgin Nana; Horus, the Son of God born of the virgin Isis-Meri; Buddha born of the Virgin Maya,and
Dionysus born of the virgin Semele.
The mythical Nativity story has been told in countless versions with one
resonating theme--the rebirth of the spirit of goodness and
hope for survival.
So let’s set the record straight. There is little about
Christmas that has its origins with Christianity. As we sing
our favorite Christmas carol, "Oh Tannenbaum," remember
this: "Christmas Tree" in German is not "Kristenbaum,"
but "Tannenbaum" (sacred tree). This song celebrates the
evergreen tree that early Greeks, Celts and Germans held sacred.
It
was held as sacred because evergreens remained green all year even
during deadly cold winter nights. The Winter Solstice, the longest
and coldest night of the year, was observed by early pre-Christian
Romans on December 25th. The
"sacred tree" gave hope to the people that life and love
would return to the world with the coming spring.
So
this year, take this time to honor your children--the hope of our
future in this troubled world. Celebrate! Hang wreaths of holly
and ivy; sprigs of evergreen (fir, pine or spruce); place
mistletoe over doorways and capture a kiss from your loved ones;
hang ornaments of tinsel and garland; burn candles; enjoy the
sweets and pastries (and for one night, forget the calories); give
gifts to each other as a demonstration of your love; drink
wassail;
sing your carols and burn the Yule log. For never before have we
needed joy in our lives more than we do today, and to be reminded
that we are One family, One people, One Soul.
So we suggest “Yule Love” this Season. Love as you have never
loved before because only through the passion and the Power of
Loves for all can
we create the miracles that will heal the wounds we've caused. We
invite you to add your
voice to "The Voice" and tell others what you have found
here--a spiritual family with a message based on love, hope and
equality. We are all God.
Peace
& Love
