The Seven Steps of Using Divine Feminine Power:

Information for this article was compiled from ZZ Message # 59 – 5-10-04 , on the subject of, The Alchemy of Healing.

Welcome back. If you are just joining us and haven’t yet read The Alchemy of Healing, Part I -- we suggest that you might read it before venturing on. Important lead-in information is necessary for full comprehension of Part II.

Let us rejoin Zarna.

The First Step is Clearing the Mind:

Clear your mind of any negative thoughts, worry, depressions or guilt. This includes anger and bitterness. These things are detractors that will keep you from your goal. This involves clearing the heart and mind and reaching for God centeredness of the Soul and Spirit.

The Second Step is Forgiveness:

You must forgive those who have wronged you and most of all you must forgive yourself for all your perceived past mistakes. Let go of things both mentally and physically. When you relax your body you are letting go, releasing physical tensions which allows you to release any emotional tension. Forgive whatever has bothered you as if it had never happened. This must be a total release.

The Third Step is Acceptance:

Accept the things that you cannot change—like those things in the past, and that you are God. Be at peace with Who and What you are and Where you are. Only then are you ready to take the Fourth Step. You must accept that all is of God--Mind, Body and Soul and Spirit. Readiness is achieved when you have accepted all things—and the Heart Chakra is open.

The Fourth Step is Physical Readiness:

In order for both the healer and patient to receive the energy of Divine Love, they must prepare the body in Physical Readiness for both your spirituality and physicality are God's divine providence. This requires self-confidence on the part of the healer (a function of the Fourth Chakra or Solar Plexis Chakra) and confidence of the patient in the healers intent. The mind of the healer must be free and with a heart full of love and desire to help the patient.

The actual process will differ slightly depending on the method of healing chosen-- Remote Healing, or Contact Healing. This involves the physical readiness necessary for channeling and receiving the energy of Divine Love. Both the healer and the patient will feel this energy as it passes through the body.  This requires more than just forgiveness and acceptance. To accomplish the degree of self-confidence needed, call on the All High God, The One Thing, and the God in each other—whatever name both healer and patient are comfortable with is fine. Call on us, Zeb and Zarna, if you wish for we are closest.

If the Remote Healing method is to be used, the healer ideally should be in a relaxed position, sitting or reclining, where the right balance between wakefulness and sleep can be maintained. This is why it is so important that healer and the  patient are well rested, and the patient in a "Twilight Zone" between wakefulness and sleep. While it will work if the patient falls asleep during the process, for obvious reasons it would not work if the healer falls asleep.

It is essential that all involved must be physically and mentally rested--not exhausted from the stresses of a hard day. This can be accomplished in a number of creative ways—the least of which are the tension and stress relieving techniques many have learned that involves tightening and then relaxing every major muscle group starting with the feet, legs, trunk, arms, hands, neck and face in that order one at a time.

When Contact Healing is to be administered one can use soft lights, light music, gentle talk and massage to relax the patient. This is an intimate moment between two or more people that can establish feelings of trust and confidence. It should not be a hurried commercial affair where time is money. For this reason, no genuine healer charges for his or her services. Healing is an Act of Love, the giving of God's gifts.

To do "Chakra Work" energy must be brought up through your feet from the Earth's energy field and from the inside out. This is why it is necessary to be well grounded with the Earth's energy field. Ideally this means the healer should be positioned on the "ground level." If this is not possible, then near an electrical ground or water pipe works--or imagine this grounding with your mind. You can heal from the fortieth floor of a high-rise by visualizing yourself lying nude in a field of clover—that's grounded enough and don't worry about your allergies! This is all in your mind.

The Fifth Step is Opening of the Chakras:

The patient's body energy channel from the feet to the Root Chakra must be opened. The experienced healer is the giver and prepares themselves mentally by visualizing this process happening within their own mind as they administer to the other. In this manner "The Two will become One," and both will feel the same buildup of energy.

If using Contact Healing, the patient should be lying on their stomach with their hands beneath their face or beneath a small pillow placed under their head. Their face should be turned to one side to facilitate natural breathing. Since this is a tactile process minimal clothing should be worn—governed by the patient's sense of modesty and familiarity with the healer. If the two are uncomfortable in the presence of each other, chances are the healing process will not work.

One may begin with a gentle massage of both feet—one at a time with concentration on the soles of the feet. Continue with massaging the calves and thighs through which energy will be drawn up from the feet to the Root Chakra. In order to supplement the healer's energy, the patient must visualize each Chakra opening as a fountain or a flower bud opening its petals. This is a co-mingling of the inner and outer and the upper and lower where both merge in harmony and become One.

In both Contact Healing, (which is often more effective) and Remote Healing the process between healer and patient is similar. However, with Remote Healing the feminine creative intuition is brought into play for the healer must visualize the process of what occurs within his or her body and also that of the patient.

The lower part of the body relaxation can also be accomplished in a hot bath, Jacuzzi or a Hot Tub. Once the body's main channels in both legs are relaxed and open all the way to the Root Chakra—the opening of the Seven Chakras may begin.

The patient must be lying on his or her back with hands behind the head. Over each Chakra, physical massage follows in a light circular counter-clockwise motion, moving upward from the Root Chakra. Take your time as you activate all the chakra points from the Root Chakra to the Crown Chakra.

Masculine lifeforce energy as it precedes up through the chakras can be stimulating for the patient. The giver should always match his or her pace with the development of the patient, never pushing the process but through observation and conversation with the patient match and merge. In this way you have a balanced equal merging of the Two who are One—or if there are multiple healers, the Many who are  One with both their inner and outer selves.

[Caryl’s note! Activation of kundalini energy can feel for some people like a slight tingling at the base of the spine, in others like mild sexual arousal or a minor burning sensation of the genitals. Because of the prevalent sexual attitudes (which we discuss more fully in the article Divine Sexuality --Sacred Sex) I find it discouraging that most who write about life force energy dodge the issue and do not explain this. Life force energy is the same energy that is felt with sexual arousal. The difference is what you do with this energy. If one feels this energy it can be mentally pulled up from the Root Chakra and through the Crown Chakra for the blissful connection of Divine Communion with your Creator. Or one can use it for sexual expression with a partner, healing or for many other uses Zaran has described. For this reason, Zarna gives cautions in the following paragraphs.]

With Contact Healing, when there is an experienced healer and a first-time patient, the healer is obligated to explain beforehand all that the patient may feel and experience. The patient’s understanding and consent are necessary (up to and including signing a content form) and witnesses are advised.  Because of the nature of this processes it is always done with the full knowledge and with only consenting adults. Contact Healing of the type should never be performed with children. Children are amazing subjects and have very receptive minds. With verbal description they respond beautifully to visualization and Remote Healing techniques.

If the patient is not aware of what the results of what this process may create, he or she may become embarrassed and therefore resist the energy. If they are in any way uncomfortable with the possible effects of Contact Healing then an alternate method must be used, which is also acceptable for children. This includes a simulated Contact Healing.  Hands are held above the fully clothed body a few inches over the charkas and the healer's hands simulate the processes. This is where your own inner knowing and common sense will guide you.

Once the chakra opening has occurred the giver establishes the circular flow of lifeforce energy, kundalini, by stroking the masculine energy up from the Root Chakra to the crown Chakra, and stroking the feminine energy down from the Crown Chakra to the Root Chakra—also concentrating on the inflow of supplemental energy from the feet up through the calves and thighs. The healer visualizes within his own body the process being performed on the patient. This is not a rushed effort. Healing and rejuvenation is not a "hurry up" or "one-time" process. Once the energy is flowing and circulating in both giver and patient, it is time to transmit.

But what if a chakra is "plugged" and won't open?

It can happen and how would you know? Make a pendulum using the person's ring suspended from a length of thread, hung directly over the chakra. Simply ask, "Is this chakra open?" This is especially great for an "ice breaker." This can be fun.

Why a ring? It is a perfect circle—often silver or gold, that has absorbed the person's energy, but anything will work. This is not a complicated or mystical process--most of you learned this as a "children's game," but it works.

You may also notice that when a chakra is closed the pendulum will spin clockwise. When open, it will spin in the opposite direction. This is because energy radiates out from the chakras in a spiraling vortex. But the main source of power circulates around the seven chakras until it is released from the Crown Chakra. It comes in from the feet from the Earth's energy field and activated Heart Energy from our dimension, (Zarna’s dimension--the astral—feminine) the dimension of Love, and from the healer.

The Sixth Step is Transferring the Energy:

This is like connecting to the main power grid of Divine Love, the Universal Force--some call it the Zero Point Field. This is a tangible force you can mentally project or direct through your hands to another or as a healing energy field of White Light for Remote Healing. If the object of healing is a specific part of the body, the hands can direct this energy into that specific location. The Healer can also visualize and surround the location with White Light.

The healer or giver draws the Universal Force up through their feet, circulates it around their chakras using masculine and feminine energy, then transmits it out the Crown Chakra. If you are projecting or channeling this energy to a person using Remote Healing, visualize that person in your mind surrounded with an aura of White Light.

If you are transferring this energy by direct or contact means, project it out through your Crown Chakra, down through your arms, into your hands and into the body of the patient. This can be localized to a specific area of the patient's body where they have discomfort, or in general to restore their overall wellness. This is where your inner knowing will lead you to meet specific needs and desires of the patient. There is no "One way fits all," when it comes to healing. This is also why it cannot be fully learned by reading this message or article—it must be shown by one who knows, or you may discover it from within.

With Remote Healing all the processes mentioned for Contact Healing are "visualized." However, one thing makes both Remote and Contact Healing much more effective. When Two or more administer a healing as a prayer vigil, or transmission of white light energy, the above administrations on a patient are much more effective than a one-on-one. The results are not just double in effort—it is a hundred times or more effective, for what the giver must realize is that it is not just his incarnated personality who is doing this, but all of his or her Composite Soul (which includes all of their Twin Soul's counterparts) on the Otherside. The increase of just two givers can magnify the power upwards of a thousand times.

The Seventh Step is The Completion:

The finishing processes is like the closing, turning off the lights, and giving a goodnight kiss. The patient will often be completely relaxed and semi asleep.

The closing of the chakras starts with the Crown Chakra working down to the Root Chakra and is done with slow and relaxing Clockwise gentle massage. This is also visualized in the mind of the healer to close down his or her own chakras at the same time. This too is not a "hurry up, get it over" process—take your time, fully relaxing.

If you want to make sure they are closed, use the swinging pendulum. Again, if one is still open, gently massage it in a clockwise manner until it is closed. What happens if you forget? Nothing drastic. Either you or the patient (depending on who was left "open") will feel more "drained" than usual the next morning. Tired, but well. That's all.

Zeb:> We know that some will wonder how "Spiritual Healing" relates to "Medical Healing." Both should be taken advantage of to the fullest extent. One does not replace or conflict with the other.

Spiritual Healing is not a total substitute for your "Modern Medicine." There was a time once when "Spiritual Healing" was all there was and your doctors were "Medicine Men," or "Witch Doctors." That time is no more. The two can blend together satisfactorily for often modern medicine focuses on the symptoms of the problem instead of the cause. And contrary to what many believe, modern Medicine will not cure everything. There comes a time when all you have left is "Spiritual Healing" and prayer.

Also contrary to what many may believe, healing is never an instant process, nor does it exist in a vacuum. Healing often takes time and repetition. Divine Healing is also a "restorative process" that is like preventative maintenance on your car. You don't want to wait until something breaks down.  Spiritual healing and "Modern Medicine" is worth nothing unless you live a healthy lifestyle. You've heard it all before, you'll hear it again, "Eat health and get plenty of exercise."
