Equality
by
Melvyn Caryl

Introduction by Caryl:

Over the past year since the Earth Healing team has been working together for the Healing of Humanity and personal support for those who come to us needing help with physical healing, it has become apparent that there is some confusion over what “equality” means. There is huge difference between Oneness and Equality.  In this article I am going to try and explain the difference and hopefully make you feel good about who and what you are.

Often when I begin to write an article I have an idea of something that needs to be brought out and in the process of gathering my thoughts and referring to the ZZ Messages, the topic tends to drift into other areas. This is the case with this article. As I began to look back through the ZZ Messages for quotes on this subject, I began to see connections in several different messages. I will be taking most of the quotes for this article from  ZZ Message 61. ZZ Message 61 is a very complex message that covers several subjects. This is one of the reasons that it has not been posted on this site. However will use it as a guide and narrow the content a bit.

Background

First some background  on this subject so that we all understand why many have fallen into these false beliefs.

In a global society where we have male domination within most of our governing institutions, we have, on one hand, those who care little for the rights, privileges and abilities of women and others, and on the other, we have those who believe in being “Politically Correct.”  These would have us believe we are all the same and would have us jumping through hoops to not offend anyone. The fact that others could offend us illustrates more our differences than our sameness. Both of these approaches give an inappropriate view of “what is.”

For most women, our feelings of inequality comes from 3000 years of being told we are less than the opposite gender—and their suppression of our innate abilities. Even here in the US where Equal Rights is supposedly a guarantee of our Bill of Rights, there is still much that is not equal in the way of opportunity.  For women much of this disparity has its basis in economics. Another equally strong influence that still exists comes from fundamentalist religion teachings that try to convince women that they are responsible for mankind’s “Fall” from Grace (a concept that Zeb and Zarna strongly deny. It simply is not true).

Today within our country there is a movement by those in government and religions alike to push back the hard won strides woman have made in the last 100 years.  This is evident because by now we should have seen adjustments within our
US Constitution that would include women. I remind those who visit this site from other countries most of our US legislators are still MEN!

So government is often the source of much confusion regarding what Equality is. We should not confuse equality with
“sameness.”

I know this sounds a bit like a “woman’s lib” spiel, but for an article such as this, it is important to give background. Understanding where we are as a society and why we think the way we do is important.

I feel it also necessary to say a few words about Racial Equality. Again in the interest of being politically correct and not stepping on any ethnic toes, we  have been overly cautious not to offend. Anyone with a discerning eye can see that there are major differences between ethnic cultures.  Again this is evidenced more by the imbalance of masculine/feminine opportunity than created abilities.

It may sound improper to say that one is better than another is—except when one considers ZZ’s basic rule, “Harm None.”  This is the only guideline given in the ZZ messages concerning judgment.  If what you are doing is hurting another, then you should change your actions and thoughts.  This applies to individuals, groups, cultures and governments. But how can we when most have a slanted idea of what equality means. We confuse Equal Rights and Opportunity with equal abilities.

I know I am out on a shaky limb with some when I say, we are not all equal, as in “the same.  But the fact is, according to the ZZ Messages, we could not be more different, and this is by divine design.

We Are One

From the moment of our Soul Birth, (soul energy individuation), we are different. We are different from our Near Twins  (those souls who are created in the same energy burst as we).  How are we different?  We do not have the same exact soul signature (energy) vibration.  We are different because half of them (our Near Twins) are created of the opposite gender,  We may even have different talents, skills, abilities, interests and dozens of other different things.  Our soul signatures are very close with our Near Twins but not exactly the same. Your Twin Soul is the only one who has your exact energy vibration but even they are created in the opposite gender (whether they stay that gender or not is immaterial).  Your Twin Soul could also have different talents, skills, interests and abilities…not to mention opportunities, education and age.

One of the visitors to the site once described Twin Souls as “the opposite ends of the same stick.  You can’t get more different than that, but remember “We Are One." From the very beginning of our creation we are destined to be different not “the same”—each with different talents and abilities etc., that are needed for the Divine Plan.  Yet many still misunderstand “We Are One” – thinking when someone says we are not the same or equal, that they are implying that one is better than another.  There is no judgment whatsoever in what this article is trying to explain.  Judgment is the sign of an immature soul and immature souls do not meet or unite with their Twin Soul.

Some within your Soul Group, Mission Group and especially your Twin Soul Family will be very similar since they were born with similar abilities and perhaps from the same spiritual parents.  What?  Do we mean that Zeb and Zarna are not everyone’s “spiritual parents?  That is exactly what we mean.  Does that mean those who are the direct children of ZZ are better than others are?  Tell me, are those born of your grandparents any better than your cousins?  No.  They were created with different missions or roles.

Created Mission Roles

Created Mission Roles are not often spoken of in the ZZ Messages, but in a nutshell—it means that the One Mother/Father God—(highest biological energy beings of the Grand Consortium or “The All Thing”) decide what is needed in the overall Divine Plan and we are created with these abilities.  Does this mean that we have no choice in the matter?  That we are somehow unwilling participants of “God’s Divine Plan,” puppets to the “Divine Will?”  No.

Divine energy, as is all energy, is not “created or destroyed.  It is formed from something else, a higher mass of soul energy from which all things are created.  When our souls are “created,” or individuated (a term we use that best describes soul “creation”) that energy has intelligence before it is individuated and can choose for itself what is to be in its future incarnation.  That is how we can make some of our choices before we are “created.”  We Are One who are many.  We Are God and Goddess.

Mission Roles Are God’s Created
“Career Path” For Us:

What does Zeb and Zarna have to say about all this in the ZZ Messages?  In ZZ Message #61 we find:

61: 31. Take any given number, twelve or twenty [that] are born so close together they share not only common interests (Missions Roles) [Career Paths or Themes] but they are very close in harmonic vibration… But to be this expansive, you must understand that "Missions Roles" [created aptitudes] are not "absolute" either. There is a tremendous overlap and sharing.

What does this all mean?

  Does it mean you are…?

61:32.  “…shut out of doing something if you wanted to do just for the experience of it? No. You can drift between Missions Roles over several lifetimes. Some aspects will gain greater hold of your personality than others and the older you get, you will discover, the more varied are the interests you have explored. Some you still are into; others you have left behind long ago. Been there done that.

33. You may even come across some of your [soul] brothers and sisters who are experiencing life in a different form, in a different place and say to yourselves, "Hey! That looks real neat! We'd like to try it. Can we join?"

35. There are no boundaries to energy. Boundaries are physical limitations…

36. But … there are certain limitations governed by growth. Some things you may witness you are not ready for.

37. You decide, "I'd like to be that!" That is will, you exercising your free choice. But wait!  Your will, your desire or wanting to do it is just the first step--the "cause of the first cause." You still have to develop to the point where you are at that level.

You have just entered kindergarten and you notice the graduate students wearing their colorful capes distinguishing those with Master of Arts degrees in Literature from those with Master of Arts degrees in Humanities and you want to wear a fancy cape.

And Wow! Look at those newly graduated Doctors of Philosophy! They have the most beautiful robes of all--you want to wear one of those.

You can, in time--when you have "paid the price" done what it takes, but first you have to get through elementary school, then high school, then maybe earn an Associate’s Degree, followed by a Bachelor’s Degree and a Master of Arts Degree, you get the picture. There are levels of preparation that you must reach. “ (End of quote)

Are We Equal?

Quite often, as Zeb has pointed out in the section above, we stretch the boundaries of these gifted aptitudes and try other things that are not our “specialty.” But we have innate abilities that will show in many ways even if we have choose to forge our way against our basic nature.

This is just speaking of soul abilities. We have not yet begun to discuss the differences between our physical and mental talents and abilities. It should be remembered we are not all at the same level of spiritual growth or development. Some incarnated souls are very old and may be on their last incarnation.  Others are on their first incarnation. The majority are somewhere in between. Are we all equal? No. Have some perfected their spiritual abilities? Yes.  Are some just starting to figure it out? Yes.

  We are Not the Same

Is this a “Judgment?”  No.

We are all individuations of God’s energy essence--members of a huge Divine hierarchy.  Some of us have achieved a higher energy state or vibration than others and are about to begin our journey home by ascending to the next level. Some will incarnate again here on earth or elsewhere to continue their charts to experience and fulfill their goals.

Are we “equal” to Zeb and Zarna?  After all, they are “God” and so are we.  Though we are all “Gods and Goddesses” it cannot be said that we are the same or equal to Zeb and Zarna—they are on a “higher” level of attained experience than any of us. On the other hand, We Are One with them.  They are our spiritual parents or grandparents and we share the same God energy essence.

Let me show you how Zeb explains it….

61:21 “ It is time that you remind others that we are dealing with one integrated energy (soul) mass of which we are all part. One Soul. One Energy--that is two, that are many. It is no different for the Twin Soul as it is for the All Soul. Somewhere in the middle of that you find us, Zeb and Zarna: One who are two, who are many. We, in that respect, are no different from you.”

  So what does that mean?

It means that where we are now (in physicality, not the earth) they once were. It means that their energy came from the same source as our—and in some cases they are directly responsible for our individuation process (soul birth). They have been through countless eons of incarnation experiences. They have felt as we feel—have done much of what we have done. And they understand. We are One with them---but we are not the same. They are of soul age much older than any of us and have spiritually evolved to a higher degree than we have.

Created To Succeed Not Fail

However, let it be understood that we are all created with same God given potential to reach, and possibly exceed our created spiritual goals (chart)  through successive incarnations. This is the key. We all are created to succeed not fail in whatever talents we have been given. We are all created with the potential to one day exceed our spiritual parents.

We are not equal to our Creators but have the potential to be greater.  In the following passages Zeb tells us about the kinds of abilities we are given.  I will preface this with the statement that we are often given a combination of abilities.  Zeb explains these roles, or Career Paths as innate abilities—which in fact become the seeds of potential from which our spiritual missions come.

61:51 “Now, Princess [Zeb’s ‘pet name’ for Caryl]…your second question on "Missions" we have partially answered already because much of what applies to Missions (Life Themes)… Forget numbering and classifications--the boundaries between one and another are not distinct enough to classify them as "fixed" pursuits. You float through as many as you desire in the lifetimes you live for a full range of experience.

52. You two have not always been artisans and dancers. Sword [a name used for Mel from the “Egyptian Era”] would not be "Sword" -- Protector of the Goddess Princess of the Valley of the Moon [Caryl] with an art brush in his hand and dancing slippers on his feet. He was a powerful brutal warrior…who always had a poetic leaning and a gift for the arts. Multiple "Missions" are always common with advanced or Old Souls.

53. Another disadvantage about labeling "Missions" (as we said before) is that your kind tends to compare one to the other and always tries to think one is "superior" to the other... they are not.

54. Jealousies and strife will arise when one thinks they are qualified but are not… You like to say, "You are on a mission!” Like this is a badge of distinction, giving you a purpose in life…”

Are we chosen? Or do we choose?

61.55. “You all have a purpose…[goal in life, but]… You don't select life purposes [a Mission ] by a whim of fancy in the physical realm and change your mind when it suits you. You choose, but not all who choose are chosen.

56. As our "Speakers," [speaking here specifically of Melvyn Caryl] you are building our Spiritual Mission , but Melvyn Caryl are not "Builders." "Builders" [are those] who come in behind you and help with our Spiritual-Mission. But you will always be the "Way Showers," the ones who lead.

57. Way Finders or Way Showers, are colonists, settlers, adventurers, and explorers. The "Builders" come after us and build the lasting communities, cities and nations. The "Warriors" come to protect you internally from those who would destroy you and the "Defenders" are Warriors at a much higher level who protect your outer boundaries of space.

58. But building and defense, colonizing and exploring is not all there is, there are those who bring beauty into the lives of others with music, art, dancing. Can they take up arms to defend themselves if necessary? Of course, but they are not as good as it as the Warriors are. Where there are communities you have Organizers, Healers, Teachers and the Care Givers. These are Life Themes or Roles [created] "Missions" that span across all things…” (end of quote)

So where does the idea of “equality”
come in?

The concept of “Equality” is found in the appreciation and non-judgmental acceptance that all skills from all people at whatever level they have achieved are important, and in most cases they are performing at their (soul development) age appropriate level. We can slip and step backwards or advance huge steps forward in our spiritual progress in any incarnation.

Our abilities are only misused when one person’s gifts are compared to another’s, or when one wishes to be as another, but is unqualified to perform the task. This becomes the source of envy and petty jealousy. Many may have the desire, but life focus should be based on created talents and skill.

In Conclusion:

Zeb says:

61:62 “The point is, too much is being made and will yet be made, of "Missions." In New York City the Wall Street Stock Market broker believes he or she is on the top of the "pecking order," until New York has one of its Sanitation Workers strikes. Then who has the most important role or mission when you are ankle deep in rotting smelly garbage on the sidewalks? All Missions serve a purpose.” (end of quote)

We mentioned “education.” In the true sense of the word, the teacher does not put stuff (information and skills) into a student’s head. A true teacher pulls from the student what is already there waiting to be awakened.

Equality does not mean sameness—but rather equivalent to. It means everyone is important in the Divine scheme of things or Divine Plan.  Women are not the same as men—but women are just as important as men. It is only through the balance of masculine/feminine energies—both gender aspects working together and using their divine potentials that we can achieve a society that functions without strife.

We can see and better understand what equality is by looking at individual life potential differently.

Viva la difference!

Celebrate and be happy with who and what you are.
