A Message from Caryl

Greetings, welcome to all…

I am delighted to see everyone here in the ZZChat Healing room joining us on this special day. If you will remember a year ago when we gathered for the June Solstice, Mel had just relocated here. Since then we have accomplished over 30 scheduled channeling sessions and many impromptu channeled sessions during healings.

As most of you know, it took us some time, but we recently got our first e-book, The Power of Love: The Seven Powers of the Goddess Principle, up on the site.

This is the third June Solstice and ZZ Twin Soul Goddess Celebration and Earth Healing that we have held in this chat room. I feel blessed by the opportunity to again be with you while we center our efforts on Earth Healing.

This is a celebration of the Twin Soul Goddess. But what does that mean?

Some might say that we are leaving Father God out by focusing so much on the Goddess. I can understand how some might feel this way. So I think that it is important to make clear what we mean by the Twin Soul Goddess. A Twin Soul who is united and merged in the Marriage of Lights, is “One Soul,” One androgynous being.

Zeb instigated the Celebration of the Twin Soul Goddess. They are one. The Goddess aspect is to be focused on in this time because she has been denied for far too long and our societies have suffered as a consequence. When we honor the Twin Soul Goddess we are honoring them BOTH and following the desire of our Father God. It is his love, his twin aspect that we are honoring as well as the Goddess in all of us, whether we are male or female.

So Happy Solstice. At last Summer is here! Our garden is maturing nicely and we look forward to a harvest of our vegetables. We don’t have much room to raise a garden here on our small lot but we are doing the best we can to capture the sun in our backyard between our many trees.

As I think of this I realize that our backyard could be a metaphor for our spiritual path. Sometimes we bask in the sun, like the seedlings in early spring, feeling the gentle warmth as the season develops. It feels so good! The sun is not so hot then and exposure is soothing and gradual.

But when summer comes full force the sun can be intense. The sun’s radiation can be too much and some plants cannot take the fullness of its energy. Like our lettuce where we had to provide a filter or sun block of lightweight fabric to protect the tender shoots.

This is very similar to the radiance of spiritual “overexposure.” Most love the early thrill of that feeling of awakening but are often unprepared for the possible consequences. Sometimes our plunge into spirituality hits us quickly with a force that is almost intolerable.

There is a need to know, study and to absorb which also often leads us to decisions that temporarily turn our world upside down. Most don’t at first realize that with the light comes what sometimes feels like the opposite. From a high, to a low, and sometimes very low.  I know that many have experienced this.

Sometimes we have a tendency to overexpose, like the lettuce plants in our backyard that a month ago were reaching for the sun now want to melt in the hot afternoon heat. Like our lettuce we sometimes we need a shelter from the intensity of spiritual radiance and the backlash that can sometimes create.

That’s What Friends are For!

Your spiritual friends share these moments and understand. They are those who are willing to build a canopy helping provide a tiny shelter from the intensity of life's drama that is all a part of our chosen spiritual path.

Though these times are difficult, I guarantee that you will look back on them and realize that huge strides toward achieving your spiritual maturity were gained through the hard times.

I don’t like to use the phrase “Dark Night of the Soul” as some do. Just the title is depressing. Though you might feel like there is a dark cloud over you at the time, I would suggest that you are the one who allows yourself to fall into this Dark Night. I am sure you have heard me suggested that “The Enlightened” see the beginning and the end as one.

If we can take that approach, even pretend it—that the beginning and the end are one—then when we find ourselves in a situation that stirs up emotions and seems black at that moment, we will be more likely to bring ourselves out of such a state.

Frankly, the lingering pathos of a long “dark night of the soul” does not accomplish much. However, the feelings that it initially brings can,if we don’t allow ourselves to wallow in it, trigger an awareness.

Like…“Hey, this is not fun,” which can turn us toward a new way of dealing with a situation, a condition, a person, or whatever. Most often these times have to do with ones self-worth, self-esteem, or issues of fairness or justice that push us towards fully embracing our personal sovereignty.

The reason for discontent is to bring you to a place of change, to signal a need to exercise your free will—to create a new reality.

So I challenge you to look at your experiences carefully and see if I am not right. If there is no discontent, there is no desire to change or move from one condition to another. Sometimes, God, the Universe, your Higher Self—whatever you wish to term this energy, prods us to move—to advance—and does not stop until we do.

This does not feel very enlightening at the time, but I guarantee the sun is still shinning, and once you figuratively catch you breath you will be bathing in the full force of it again.

So now is the time to regroup, and if needed turn to the shelter of a good friend, and look forward to the harvest that soon will come.

We, Mel and I, are not immune to the same conditions that you all face. It has been a busy full year for us, one with many adjustments—and we are still adjusting, but it is all good.

And now after Mel and the Pillar’s address, I ask that through the Power of Love you focus our creative energy toward Mother Earth (Gaia).

Blessings to you all,
Happy June Solstice,
Caryl

 A Message from Mel

It is as Caryl has said there has been so much change in our lives in the year since my last address to the Earth Healing Meditation of the Goddess Celebration of June 2006.  For one thing, my health (thanks to many of you who sent me your loving energy) is much improved. I wasn't aware of how sick I was at that time.  Thanks to you and a good team of medical doctors I am fine now and look forward to many more Earth Healing Meditations.

A year ago I had been working from behind the scenes. Now, as most of you know I have become a front-person in the ZZChat.  It has been a good year for the mission with several new additions to our regulars. Please feel my welcome.  While our numbers haven't changed all that much, there has been a “changing of the guard” since then and those who devote themselves to the weekly HH sessions have become a powerhouse.

We had one of our beloved daughters from Down Under ask the question can she transmit her energy either before or after the HH sessions. (Our Wednesdays are her Thursdays down there and no telling what the time differential is.  The answer is OF COURSE.  What you do is project your energies into the Astral (Home).  There time stands still. Actually, all time IS there. When each of us call upon our Composite Souls (who are there in the Astral (The Otherside) they bring it with them. So, let us add this to our Goddess Celebration today and remember it for the weekly HH events.

Today, is a day to honor YOU...our living Goddesses.  Take your place of honor and let the process begin.

With Love,

Mel of Melvyn Caryl

The Goddess Tribute -- June Solstice 2007

Well Dear Ones, another year has spun away into memory.  It feels as though the summer solstice were here such a short time ago.  Which in turn, reminds us that the speed of our life’s journey is escalating.  So now, once again, we are gathered to celebrate the Goddess within us all.

Within this celebration lies such a priceless, yet simple beauty.   In taking this moment to acknowledge and recognize The Goddess, our Mother, we are recognizing that the Mother Goddess that is a vital part of us all.  She is the beating heart of our core.  Our compassion, our forgiveness, our healing, and our loving.  This celebration allows us to exercise the Power of Love.

Through the ages, She has been called many names: Zarna, Aphrodite, Artemis, Athena, Ceres, Diana, Gaia, Hecate, Ishtar, Isis, Kali, Tara and Venus.  For many peoples, in many lands, She is the power of love that guides us toward awareness and enlightenment…toward awareness of our humanity to each other.

As we celebrate this year’s Summer Solstice, we recognize the blessings of our Goddess Mother.   In doing so, we discover our goddess-selves.

In rediscovering our ancient goddess, we are remembering parts of ourselves that have long been hidden and are at last waking up.  And yet, we are often unaware of what an important role our vital connection plays toward healing society.

Celebration of the Great Mother Goddess gives us the opportunity for healing ourselves and our crippled planet earth…thus, healing our society.

When we honor the seasonal cycles, we give ourselves the gift of peace.  There is something so sweet and reassuring about these cycles of rebirth and renewal.  It brings hope, fulfillment…..serenity.

In doing so, we honor our own journey, our own deep and powerful connection to this planet…our home.

By celebrating each season, we remember that this home, this planet, is deeply sacred; that these times strengthen and draw us closer to the goddess within all.  That these celebrations remind us of the Great Goddess, the Mother Goddess who once more, teaches us to discover the mysteries of ourselves through these cycles.

As we explore and celebrate this Summer Cycle, we honor our ability to become wise and powerful stewards, and through this affirmation, we continue to heal the separation of ourselves and our deep inner Goddess.

And through this Goddess gift of healing, we have the opportunity to heal not only our bodies, our minds, and our spirits, but we begin the healing of humanity.

And most powerfully, this celebration offers the knowledge that we are all ONE.

That as ONE, we will discover that our spirits are connected to this earth, MOTHER EARTH, to whom we owe our survival and the gift of life.

So welcome dear sisters and brothers to another celebration of the Cycles of Life.

And thank you Beloved Mother Zarna for your gentle love and patience, and for awakening within us the renewal of hope…for humanity and for this planet we call home.
