Hi Caryl:

First the background… My twin is 27. I am 40... .We are compatible physically, mentally, emotionally... I am my complete honest self when I am with him or talking to him as I have never been nor am with most people simply because of my level of awareness. I only want to be a better person and progress on every level when I think of him. He inspires me to want to do more for everyone around me using my natural talents no matter how obscure or strange they seem… I love him unconditionally.

…I have never felt such joy or pain in my life with anything or anyone else. We have touched on the subject of soul mates but not the term twin soul or twin flame and I have not mentioned the Joudry book to him. In some ways I feel he is more evolved and will be able to make the leap and recognize me soon. I have always had notions of being in my last life and searching for the twin (since I was 5) and I could never settle for less now that I have found him. I couldn't possibly imagine finding a better fit…

I have read your article on cosmic cycles and joining. I feel the cosmic cycles are too extensive to be concerned with on the material plane. When you are near your last life, you are given enough of the physical, mental and spiritual to understand and experience the things we are discussing here with a tacit understanding of the dimensions and levels you mention. I also believe there are lives wherein twins cross but not necessarily meet, meaning conscious recognition on one or both parts. My understanding is you get to meet your twin and know it and be with him if it is predestined and you're near the end.

There seem to be some contradictions in the statements regarding twin meetings by acceleration and joining. If twins meet in any capacity, they were destined to and it must unfold from that point on. I don't see how you can meet a twin but carry on with a soul mate and perhaps join with the twin later if he catches up. The first moment of meeting says it all to me, no going back, no half measures. Logically speaking, even if one twin came in to help the other in an extreme situation like yours, it would be predestined. Even if one twin doesn't recognize the other at first, it must be so at one point or another if they are the same soul. Am I making sense?

I asked for further clarification on the joining with regard to arriving at the end and ascension. I read about the marriage of lights and the other statements but I'm confused in regard to applying it in earthly terms. Is the joining saying you acknowledge to each other you're twins and live together ever after or is it something else? By the way, Now I'm waiting to see if when we meet again, he presses his fingers against mine. I'll just die happy.............hee hee......................

Hello MM:

I am so sorry for this time delay, but sometimes life intrudes… MM, you sound so happy. It is a precious and wonderful thing to find your twin. As we agreed before, the magnetism with the Twin Soul comes from the two parts of the soul reaching a recognition level. With a Near Twin this comes from being a twin, but also there is often the added connection of shared past life experiences. If you are happy, and the relationship is going well, it doesn’t matter whether this is a Twin Soul relationship. And from your last letter it seems that things have been falling into place for you. Whatever kind of connection it is, if it is good and based on spiritual principals, then you should rejoice and enjoy it. In time you will know.

You cite some major similarities and synchronicities between you that could be indicators of a twin relationship, but I can tell you from personal experience that the same can be said for a Near Twin relationship. Indicators, such as your physical stature and coloring according to Zeb and Zarna are not true signs. This is particularly evident in their early channeling where they stress that if one has preconceived notions, or is distracted by cultural preference one is likely to miss their Twin.

On our home page and in ZZ’s introduction they explain that some of what they have to say will sound familiar and some will be completely different because so many teach misconceptions based on faulty Twin Soul mythology from the past. It is not our place as their spokespersons to argue the relevance of other’s beliefs, but rather to pass on to others what they give to us.

In the following few paragraphs I will explain a scenario that your relationship—if this person is your twin--may fall into. I base this possibility upon what you have told me about your biological age and spiritual maturity, and what I have learned from ZZ concerning future needs of our society.

At the beginning of this next Grand Cycle (Aquarian age) there will be a series of many older twins (biologically older and spiritually mature) who will be united to boost a civilization that will need the support, guidance, and enlightenment, of these mature souls. It is their gift to future generations of younger souls. By that time, Mel and I and other older twins who are united now and are in service will have ascended and a new group of biologically and spiritually mature twins will lead.

Twins are destined to meet from the moment they are separated. Even if a joining is not charted in the current life, the joining will happen sometime in the future—on this side or the Otherside. That is certain. But Soul Twins do often meet prematurely, and go their separate ways, until the charted time later in life when they are ready for joining. Sometimes at this point, they don't realize they are twins. but sometimes a twin so accelerates the achievement of their Bi-G balance that they actually do recognize who their twin is early—before the scheduled charted joining. However, the other twin may not yet have achieved the maturity to accept this—or they may have other charted experiences that are incomplete. There is no way a twin can be rushed into recognition if they are not ready. Remember each Twin has to separately fulfill their chart and achieve balance. This is a pattern that correlates with the dawning of this next age, when the charted reunion for biologically older and Mature Twin Soul reunification is scheduled.

This is not just my experience, but an assessment by Zeb & Zarna regarding another person who contacted our site on this matter. And since then I have been made aware of others. Interestingly enough, the time frame and their ages connect with what I said above—biologically older and mature (by that I mean those in, or near, their 60’s) Twin reunification just around, or shortly after the 2012. The beginning of the time of the Twin Soul Goddess. When the time is right, the two will be brought together for joining.

Zeb> 19:26 As you two are beginning to realize, once you do [meet your twin]--nothing is the same for you again. That is why you both were brought together in the autumn of your life.

28. You both have wonderful partners--soulmates—with which you have shared the energy of your youth. The time is now to share the wisdom of your ages and maturity with others. It will be.

If both are balanced, and it is their time to join, joining will occur regardless of their marital or relationship status. Joining will happen. Bi-G balance brings, among other things, a strong feeling of responsibility and commitment. It is not possible for a mature soul to “throw everything overboard to be with his or her Twin,” as one of our visitors once said. That action in itself would be an indication of imbalance.

And there is nothing second rate in a true Soul Mate relationship--especially between Near Twins.

I personally know of Twins where one is married, the other is not. They recognized each, but are living thousands of miles apart. It is the desire of these particular twins to consider the importance of children, family and commitment. “Balance” equals love, commitment and responsibility. These twins I speak of are biologically 'young' twins that I believe will come together later in life, just like my twin and I did.

Let me explain how this works by using the example of our our Quadrant. A Quadrant--being joined Twins, both who are married and in committed relationships.

In most cases, groups of souls chart together. Like our spouses did with us. For eons of past life history we have been actors in each others life dramas in physicality. It is the case with many Twins that in planning their last incarnation before joining, the opposite Twin actually is in on the planning and helps choose the mate to be their Twin’s companion and protector until the time of reunification. This is why it is possible to have (like in our case) a Quadrant (but could be more or less than four) involved that can work together without the harmful element of possession and jealousy that would destroy the unity of the Quadrant, the effectiveness of the mission, and the significance of the joining. This is an example of True Oneness. (An article is coming soon on the true meaning of Oneness.)

In most cases, the Twin Soul Joining is all about Unity—not division. In our case, all involved charted to be part of the service we as twins are to perform. Now, all that is left of us is a Quadrant, but according to ZZ there were others that missed their cues. What I am trying to convey is that at this time Twin Soul reunion is not just about two people.

Zarna>34: 22. Another mistake you make, honestly, without full knowledge is that you assume your Quadrant now is as it was in the life prior to this. It never dawned on you, perhaps, the four of you are all that are left of a much greater number of souls traveling together--now has it?

23. There are others who were dressed for their performance, had their lines rehearsed, but missed their cue to enter on the stage of your life, or they were there and you missed them. Do not dismay--they were no more consciously aware of their missed curtain call than you were of their absence. As a result, they went on an alternate path, living their lives to the fullness of that alternate plan until the final hour All was revealed.

This is a view into our Twin Soul unification plan. But the twin soul reunion is not just for the twin. The joining of Twins is all about love. It is important to not over intellectualize the process, but to follow your heart.

MM, until publication of the ZZ messages, this is the best I can do. The ZZ picture of Twin Soul reunification is a grand celebration of love for all. No one is excluded. In the coming years we will see the unification of Twin Soul Families--where multiple Near Twins unite. What a grand event indeed. Think of the spiritual power generated by such an event!

The Marriage of Lights takes place after the Life Review on the Otherside. It is the event where you are united with all your former selves, your twin and all his former selves, and you are all joined together. (More found in Comprehensive Guide to the Soul part II). It is the bringing together and final connection of the legions of “yous.” This is s “Total Merging” of all incarnational realities of your Composite Soul. (This is touched on in Q & A- 3 and What Happens When We Die - Part 3)

The joining in physicality happens not by your will or timing, but by your Composite Soul. It is a fusing of your incarnated ‘you’ with your incarnated other ‘Twin Soul half.’

The little ceremony itself is not necessary for joining. Joining can happen even if the twins are separated by distance. The ritual is a symbolic profession to each other of recognized equality, love and mutual surrender. But if Twins are physically together, Bi-G Balanced, and have recognition, the ceremony can often create the emotional connection that can bring about the true joining.

We have had reports of this, and Zeb & Zarna have substantiated them as an actual Joining. Sex and familiarity is not joining. Joining is of the soul. When it happens you will know. It is an experience similar to a kundalini awakening. The bliss of this energy--heightened awareness can last for days. It binds you together in a stronger empathy and often heightens telepathy connection. You will know.

Whether twins live together "ever after," is their choice. If conditions avail themselves, then I believe every twin would what that, but if they do not, it takes nothing away from their love for each other, their union, or their mission.

MM, I hope this brings you further understanding. It is a comprehensive subject and going through the early stages of twin awareness can be confusing—especially when a person has studied many different conflicting teachings on this subject.
