The Power of Crystals in healing is an ancient belief that spans many beliefs.  Twin Soul Spirituality is no different. Recently it was revealed to us how Zeb and Zarna would have them used in our personal healings. It is time that information is released to those who desire it.
 

There are many stones that have special healing properties--far too many to list here, so we will limit our discussion to how Quartz and Calcite Crystals are used. But first, some basics:
 

1.     Quartz Crystals are excellent for absorbing negative energies or acting as a ward or shield as you investigate the past or future.

2.     Calcite Crystals are excellent for infusing positive energy to restore your natural abilities.

3.     Other stones, most particularly Hematite and Obsidian, are repellent to negative energies.

4.     Some stones are good for realignment of the body energy matrix. These would include Magnatite and Magnetic Hematite (more on this later.)

Does size make a difference? When you prepare for a healing you want to have a crystal large enough on hand to do the job. You would not use a crystal pendant stone to help someone with a major problem, nor would you use such a crystal to clear the negativity of a large home. That would be like going elephant hunting with a pellet rifle. Nor would you use a .400 Weatherby (an elephant rifle) to go rabbit or squirrel hunting.

Caryl has one crystal that is the size of a baseball and several smaller than your little fingernail. Sizing the crystal to fit the job is a matter of  just knowing or trial and error. More modest ones are 4" or less.
 

Knowing if the Crystal is Right for You:

Some individuals who are real sensitive to Universal Energy vibrations can tell if the stone is just right...not all are. This is why it is best to pick up crystals and feel them before you buy. It doesn't seem to matter if the crystals are of restructured material (such as our crystal pyramid featured in the introduction video to The Power of Love e-book), a crystal ball, or crystals in their natural form. They all seem to work just as well.
 

Crystals, Where Can I Get Them?
 

Crystals and semiprecious gemstones are readily available from any local rock shop. What if you aren't close to a rock shop? You can order them over the Internet or you can make your specifics known to us and we will check it out at our local rock shop in Ogden, Utah (more on this later). Or if we have your email address, we can send you photos of what we feel will fit your needs and the cost. Shipping and handling will be extra. Once we receive payment we will purchase and package the crystals and notify you that they have been shipped.

 Clean-up Work:
 

Once you have used a quartz crystal for healing it must be cleaned. I don't mean clean, as in soap and water (although that might not hurt its overall appearance.) What I am talking about is a psychic or spiritual cleaning. This is the way I've been shown:

1. You hold the crystal between your palms.
 

2. Bring your crystal up in a prayer-like motion to where the tips of both index fingers touch your lips.
 

3. Now blow gently over the crystal and hold it there for a few seconds.. This is the cleansing "Breath of Life."
 

4. Raise your clasped palms holding the crystal above your head and open your fingers like the petals of a flower. You are offering the diminishing negativity to the universe.
 

5. Repeat the cycle two more times and you are done. Repeat this process for each crystal you use.
 

Rule of Thumb: If you don't know whether a crystal has absorbed negative energy...clean it. It won't hurt and it only takes a few moments.

In Healing the crystal is placed on the body where you want the energy to concentrate. You may move it up and down the spine and legs to encompass all the energy points that may need attention.
 

Hematite and Volcanic Glass (Obsidian) may be worn as jewelry as a repellent to negative energy (ever heard of "Apache Tears?" That is obsidian.)
 

Magnetitic Hematite, Magnatite or Lodestone are all used to realign the body energy meridians. Place these stones over the place where you feel it is necessary.

Well, perhaps you need an Attunement of the body-energy matrix. Some call it "bio-magnetics" and a dozen other different names. They all refer to the grid or matrix through which your body energy flows in electrical impulses. Well, I’m here to share with you a little about the body-energy matrix and how to attune it to get the energy flowing for yourself or others. Call it "Preventive Maintenance."
 

All right, enough with the automotive mechanic terms, back to the subject at hand.

This is a short prelude to a future e-book on Healing.  For those concerned, this information comes with the full inspiration of Zeb and Zarna and from Maythr (not from some Eastern pseudoscience or Yogic practice.)
 

The Body-Energy Matrix
 

What sounds rather complicated is in its process is simple in its practice. First of all, you have to understand that the body has a flow of electrical energy flowing through an established electrical matrix or network. This network works like a power grid that delivers energy to your home from a distant power plant. This matrix is the body’s energy highways. Upon these energy highways travel Kundalini and much of the body’s healing energy.

Sounds rather interesting, huh? But where is this body energy matrix? It is not part of the nerve system, nor is it part of the arterial network, but it follows a close pattern. Like the body’s flow of blood (another supply of  healing energy) the body-energy matrix has two main or primary corridors leading up and down the spine from the head to the lower back where it branches off to both legs and down to your little toes.
 

Yes, the body energy network branches out from the shoulders and radiates down both arms and to every organ and cell of the body. Ever feel tension in your lower back or at the back of the neck joining both arms? You’d be a rare one if you didn’t. These are congestion points of the main body energy matrix. Sort of like a traffic jam.

For most of us raised in a "Big City," we know about traffic jams where the flow of traffic grinds to halt. Okay, how do you clear a traffic jam of the body energy matrix? No, you don’t need a fleet of tow trucks, just a couple of good strong magnets.
 

Magnetic Hematite

There is nothing special about this, but Mathyr (one of my past life personalities) recommends the use of magnetite or magnetic hematite. Common lodestone would work. For some reason these naturally created magnets work better than man-made ones.
 

The ones we use are  2-1/2" in length and 5/8" in diameter (tapered at both ends.) Around here they are rather common  (found in most "Rock Shops.")  We get ours from Bryson’s Rock Shop in Ogden, Utah (a free plug.) David Wonderly does a wonderful job in answering questions about crystals and stuff. And you don’t have to worry about him thinking you odd if you ask about crystals or magnetic hematite for spiritual or healing purposes. Once he gets his website up and operational (www.brysonrockshop.net) we plan to link to him and work out a cooperative effort.
 

 There have been numerous inquiries from our website’s visitors relative to the Quartz and Calcite crystals we use. So, check your local rock shops, first…then the internet. How To Use Healing Stones

Now, how do you use your newly acquired healing stones? In the case of magnetic hematite you place one in each palm and use them side-by-side as you stroke the main body torso from the neck down to the small of the back and up again (one on each side of the spinal column.) Why this dual body massage? This side-by-side motion attunes or aligns the radial (branching off the main lines) feeds. These feeds go to every major organ and everything else.

This radial feed is not the main trunk lines that branch out into both arms or to both legs. These are so large they are treated like the main trunk. Place your left palm containing the magnetic hematite on the main branch at the back of the neck and trail the right hand containing the other down the arm, elbow and wrist. Incidently, hold the stones in the position of their natural magnetic alignment with each other. How do you find their natural magnetic alignment?

That’s easy, place the two stones on a flat surface end-to-end and let go. I assure you they will jump into natural alignment otherwise they are not magnetic. Watch out for where you do this since they will attract everything from paper clips, spoons, pencils…whatever.

Okay, as you progress down the legs, it is too far to reach without moving your reference points. Place your left hand with stone at the small of the back and stroke the right down either leg. Do both the same way…up and down. Then switch to a lateral position on each side of the leg with special lateral attention to the major joints (elbows, knees, wrists and ankles.)
